This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 It took me a bit to really become invested in this book。 Knowing what we know from the previous books made it a bit difficult to see Grace and Hudson start over so to speak。 However， I understand that it was important as the book was essentially giving us more information about what happened during those missing months。 I really enjoyed the banter between Grace and Hudson， and their relationship makes a lot more sense once you realize just how long they were together before they discussed anythi It took me a bit to really become invested in this book。 Knowing what we know from the previous books made it a bit difficult to see Grace and Hudson start over so to speak。 However， I understand that it was important as the book was essentially giving us more information about what happened during those missing months。 I really enjoyed the banter between Grace and Hudson， and their relationship makes a lot more sense once you realize just how long they were together before they discussed anything romantic。 I really enjoyed that it was the opposite of what happened with Grace and Jaxon （though I do still have a soft spot for him！）It was really fun to see how things developed between them and while I was a little skeptical at first， I’m glad I gave the book a chance。 We get to learn about Hudson despite the bias of everyone around him and Grace and how they got to where they were。 The ending was a really nice way of wrapping things up and while I’m still desperately waiting for the next book， I feel a little less on edge so to speak。 I could honestly go on and on about how much I’ve enjoyed this series。 I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next！ 。。。more

This is such a good book！ I really enjoy reading each novel in this series and it is such a wonderful romance！ If you like young adult romance or the plethora of supernatural creatures， young adults saving the world， and mysteries being solved then pick up this series！

Charm is the fifth novel in the Crave series， which fills in the gaps when Grace is stone between the first and second novels。 It was interesting to be transported back to the time before Hudson and Grace were together。 The story alternates between the POVs of Hudson and Grace， so I liked that readers got to see both sides of the story。 The first part of the story follows Hudson and Grace getting to know each other。 Like the other novels， it is very repetitive in many parts from the inner monolo Charm is the fifth novel in the Crave series， which fills in the gaps when Grace is stone between the first and second novels。 It was interesting to be transported back to the time before Hudson and Grace were together。 The story alternates between the POVs of Hudson and Grace， so I liked that readers got to see both sides of the story。 The first part of the story follows Hudson and Grace getting to know each other。 Like the other novels， it is very repetitive in many parts from the inner monologues to the amount of times pop tarts and Dr。 Pepper were mentioned。 It was nice to get to see how Grace and Hudson went first from enemies to friends， but I feel this portion did not need to be so long。Grace is trying to figure out Hudson and， of course， figures out that he is not the bad guy his reputation says he is。 This is something already known to the reader as it’s told repeatedly in the previous stories and this novel just shows how Grace first discovers it。 As the two spend a long time together， Hudson slowly opens up and it was nice to finally get to know the different sides of him。 The two of them go through a lot of seemingly random adventures in this story including dealing with a dragon and going to the Shadow Realm。 While some pieces of it did make sense， I expected more answers to the questions。 I do not know still reasons about Grace losing her memories or why certain events occurred， so I am hoping there may be something in the final novel。I enjoyed the concept of this story as I feel filling in this missing timeline was necessary for the reader to understand things more， but I feel this book was drawn out too much。 It seemed to have no clear direction and the time jumps do not help as it seemed unnecessary。 I understand the time portion was perhaps to give Hudson and Grace more time to bond and for their relationship to see more natural， but I think the novel still could have cut a lot from this novel and have it still have the same effect。 The inner monologue repetition has been present in all five novels， so far， but I still hold out hope that it will get better by the end。 As I have made it this far in Grace’s story， I am still going to continue， but this， so far， is not a re-readable series for me。 。。。more

This book definitely hit my expectations and way more much。 This book was filled with drama， romance， action， and suspense。 I have been reading this series for such three years now so it was a struggle to remember the timing this book took place and the events occurring around it。 It was a major struggle to understand bc I do read them so spaced out。 Other than that this book was so great。 If you love Hudson you need to read this！ Best $10 I have spent this year！

I really enjoyed this one！ I went into it thinking it was going to be a cute little novella of what happened in the missing four months of what we didn’t know in the other books but we got a FULL book and the storyline was a bit much at times but it wrapped up very nicely and I loved getting to see the beginnings of grace/Hudson and it made me love them even more！

OH MY HEART！！ I absolutely loved this story of the missing year。 Getting to see Hudson and Grace fall in love and have adventures was what I needed。 I liked getting to see the shadow realm and meet different characters。 The banter and pranks were so funny。 It was also nice to see how they learned to open up to each other。 I did the audio， and the only thing that made no sense to me was they changed the narrator for Hudson。 While I liked this guy， I think I prefer the other narrator。
