*4。5 I loved this poetry book so so much <3。 The poems really resonated with me, particularly the first three sections of poetry。 Whitney Hanson is a beautiful poet and a genius with their words。 I would highly, highly recommend to anyone struggling, healing, healed or just at a loss with life。

This book ends strongly。 I cant wait to annotate it!! The last section of the book is honestly is the best part; the “home” section of this book holds my favourite pieces。 Otherwise, the book is quite repetitive, and is filled with a lot of grammatical errors。

I found Whitney on Instagram one day, saying the poem that I needed to hear。I bought her book not long after, and this also had all the poems that I needed to hear。This book was beautiful and magnificent, can't wait to read more。 This poetry goes through life, the journey, especially of heartbreak and what it means to find yourself。 I found Whitney on Instagram one day, saying the poem that I needed to hear。I bought her book not long after, and this also had all the poems that I needed to hear。This book was beautiful and magnificent, can't wait to read more。 This poetry goes through life, the journey, especially of heartbreak and what it means to find yourself。 。。。more

“interpreting emotions is hard sometimes, it’s okay if you need someone else’s words to understand how you feel”this book truly put into words a lot of the emotions i have been feeling for quite some time, and some i haven’t felt quite yet。 i’m looking forward to revisiting this book in future stages of my life and feeling new things as i read whitney’s beautiful work。 this book truly felt like a deep conversation with a friend。 thank you whitney for such a beautiful masterpiece!

“it is never selfish to take care of your heart。 if you need to move, then move。 if you need to stay, then stay。 don’t let anyone else dictate where your peace lands。”I would give this book 100/5 stars if I could。 It’s so raw, and relatable and gives hope that it will eventually get better。 Thank you for sharing your story。

Today I am a alone as broken soul。However, after staying up all night just a broken soul - no longer alone。Whitney, wherever you are。 Thank you for putting words to my feelings。I can’t wait to read this again each day, as I begin to heal and resonate with more poems!Thank you for making me feel wanted - by myself!
