Summary

Esta es la tercera y última parte de esta trilogía。Todo comienza donde lo dejo la segunda parte。 Tenemos a una Ivy bastante afectada por los sucesos que vivió y por más que se muestre bien ante Tink y Ren， la verdad es que no puede enfrentarse muy bien a esos recuerdos， y por ende la podemos encontrar un poco perdida， preguntándose continuamente si sigue siendo ella misma。 Es un personaje que pese a todo lo que tuvo que enfrentar， nunca perdió su esencia， fue evolucionando en cada libro pero sin Esta es la tercera y última parte de esta trilogía。Todo comienza donde lo dejo la segunda parte。 Tenemos a una Ivy bastante afectada por los sucesos que vivió y por más que se muestre bien ante Tink y Ren， la verdad es que no puede enfrentarse muy bien a esos recuerdos， y por ende la podemos encontrar un poco perdida， preguntándose continuamente si sigue siendo ella misma。 Es un personaje que pese a todo lo que tuvo que enfrentar， nunca perdió su esencia， fue evolucionando en cada libro pero sin dejar de ser ella。 Lo cual me gustó mucho， pero si admito que me desesperaba un poquito cada vez que alejaba a alguien que quería ayudarla pero se puede entender perfectamente el porqué。Por otro lado， Ren。 Sigue teniendo la misma forma de ser que en los libros anteriores， y siempre está para Ivy， apoyándola y protegiéndola -como siempre- y más luego de los sucesos que leímos en "Semihumana"。 Es un personaje que desde el primer libro me gustó muchísimo， es adorable y un gran compañero para Ivy。 Además， fue evolucionando -a mi parecer- muy bien en el trascurso de los libros。Tink por su parte， sigue siendo el que pone humor en los momentos más oportunos para desprendernos un poco de tanta tensión que lleva consigo la trama。 Es un personaje que siempre da frescura en todo tipo de momentos。 Sinceramente AMO a los personajes que son así。En cuanto a la lectura en sí， me ha gustado muchísimo y no bajo el ritmo en ningún momento respecto a los libros anteriores; es decir， siguió la misma línea。 Considero que fue una gran trilogía; entretenida， llena de acción， intriga， romance， con traidores y aliados que aparecen en los momentos que menos te lo esperas。 Si me piden alguna negativa， creo que no quedé muy conforme con el final， siento que pasó todo muy rápido， me esperaba algo más， me faltó leer algún plot twist más potente， ¿me explico？， y es justamente por eso no eso no le pude poner 5 estrellas。Pero en resumen， me gustó muchísimo， y sin dudas son libros recomiendo leer y más si se busca algo rápido， sencillo de leer pero que contenga todo lo que en mis reseñas anteriores sobre esta trilogía， destaco。 。。。more

Brave is het spannende en aangrijpende derde en laatste deel van de Wicked-serie van Jennifer L。 Armentrout。 Deze recensie bevat spoilers als je de voorgaande delen niet gelezen hebt。Wicked en Torn heb ik in één ruk uitgelezen， bij Brave was dit niet anders。 Jennifer L。 Armentrout sluit deze trilogie af met een epische ontknoping die de ene verrassing na de andere bevat。 Het boek is snel heel spannend en er lijkt geen einde te komen aan de dramatische wendingen in Ivy’s leven。 De auteur heeft in Brave is het spannende en aangrijpende derde en laatste deel van de Wicked-serie van Jennifer L。 Armentrout。 Deze recensie bevat spoilers als je de voorgaande delen niet gelezen hebt。Wicked en Torn heb ik in één ruk uitgelezen， bij Brave was dit niet anders。 Jennifer L。 Armentrout sluit deze trilogie af met een epische ontknoping die de ene verrassing na de andere bevat。 Het boek is snel heel spannend en er lijkt geen einde te komen aan de dramatische wendingen in Ivy’s leven。 De auteur heeft in dit slotdeel nog wat schokkends voor je in petto！ Brave is absoluut mijn favoriete deel van deze serie。In Brave gaat hoofdpersonage Ivy niet alleen de strijd aan met de kwade prins van de fae。 Ze voert ook een mentale strijd。 Na een tijdlang opgesloten te hebben gezeten in het hol van de kwaadaardige fae en hun prins， is Ivy kunnen ontsnappen met de hulp van Ren en zijn bondgenoten: enkele goede fae。 Deze periode heeft bij Ivy z’n sporen nagelaten。 Ze wordt ’s nachts geplaagd door nachtmerries en angsten。 De anders zo onverschrokken Ivy is haar levenslust kwijt， ze neemt afstand van Ren， ze eet en slaapt niet。 Hierdoor is ze minder oplettend， waar anderen misbruik van maken。 Dit leidt tot enkele nagelbijtende hoofdstukken。In Brave wordt er toegewerkt naar een spetterend einde， al gaat het niet helemaal zoals ik had verwacht。 De ontknoping stelde me een beetje teleur omdat het verhaal niet helemaal afgelopen blijkt te zijn en er geen vervolg komt。 Ik ben niet zo’n fan van open eindes。 Maar dit is dan ook het enige minpuntje dat ik kan opsommen en het verdwijnt in het niets bij alle andere geweldige elementen die in dit boek gestopt zijn。 Graag wil ik uitgeverij Zomer & Keuning bedanken voor het digitale recensie-exemplaar。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 2。5 ⭐️I don’t want to come across as ruthless in this review but it is what it is。 This trilogy was just not for me。 First of all… the covers！ Why？ It looks like mermaids， it’s not。 Second of all… Ivy seems like the undeveloped version of Poppy and I’m just not sure why。 She’s literally a half ling that gets saved by feeding of her bf。 Sounds familiar？ The last 70 pages were quite good and I feel like the story had the potential but just never went where it needed to be。

Este libro es mi favorito de la trilogía， tiene unos plot twists que me hicieron volar la cabeza， algunos personajes tienen unos giros increíbles。 Lo único que no me gustó tanto de este libro es Ivy， me tenía un poco aburrida。 Lo que sí， Tink， mi personaje favorito de la trilogía， en este libro no hizo más de confirmar que es el mejor。
