Summary

The Forsaken hunger for vengeance, leaving Steel and I with no choice but to follow Camiel to the only place strong enough to protect me — Eden, an ancient, hidden city darkened by my family’s secrets。

But Eden isn’t the safe haven I expected, and family runs deeper than blood。

As Thorne grows stronger by the day, his Fallen forces threaten to raze London — and then the world — to cinders。 In order to stop him, the entire angelic community has to unite, but ancient feuds and millennia of prejudice put everything at risk。

My heart knows where I belong — fighting besides my loved ones — but I have a secret that could doom them all。 There’s a dark power growing inside me, hellish and spiraling beyond my control。

The realms have merged。 The darkness calls to me。 And there's only one thing standing in my way。。。 Steel。

It's finally here and it met EVERY expectation! Julie Hall did not disappoint with this final installment of the Fallen Legacies series。 Emberly, Steele and the gang have to go to battle within the first few pages - but the battles aren't just with the Forsaken and the Fallen。 The personal battles are truly inspiring and make you root for (and wish death on) a few characters。 While this book left me wanting more, I realize that the ending left room for an expansion of this Universe。。。。 and I can It's finally here and it met EVERY expectation! Note: I received an ARC from the author。I spent every spare minute I had today reading this epic conclusion to the Fallen Legacies trilogy, and I’m really hoping Julie Hall comes back to this world!Emberly and Steel have really grown as characters and as a couple over the past two books。 The action and suspense were almost nonstop, and I seriously mourned the loss of a couple characters。 The ending came too fast for me-I wanted more! Especially of a certain discussion had at the end。 Don’t miss Note: I received an ARC from the author。I spent every spare minute I had today reading this epic conclusion to the Fallen Legacies trilogy, and I’m really hoping Julie Hall comes back to this world!Emberly and Steel have really grown as characters and as a couple over the past two books。 The action and suspense were almost nonstop, and I seriously mourned the loss of a couple characters。 The ending came too fast for me-I wanted more! I absolutely love this world, the characters, the bonds, Emberly and Steels relationship。 The ending left me wanting more。 If there isn’t going to be another book (even if it’s just a short story)I dunno what I’ll do。

Delightful ending to a wonderful story! Original, creative, and full of action。 Plus, I love the covers on these stories。 Makes the readers think twice about what they know about the Angels and their interaction with humans。 A must read if you like fantasy novels。

What a great conclusion to the series and I think this is so much better compare to the first book。 The plot continue immediately after the ending of the second book, I have to be honest it took me a while to remember all the characters since I've read the previous book last year。 Once my memories are refreshed, it was easy to follow the plot and things started to get a lot more interesting throughout the story。 There are a lot of action scenes and emotional scenes throughout the story which mak What a great conclusion to the series and I think this is so much better compare to the first book。 The plot continue immediately after the ending of the second book, I have to be honest it took me a while to remember all the characters since I've read the previous book last year。 Once my memories are refreshed, it was easy to follow the plot and things started to get a lot more interesting throughout the story。 There are a lot of action scenes and emotional scenes throughout the story which makes this book's hard to put down, the short chapters and the quick pacing also makes my eyes glued to the pages。Steel and Emberly relationship has more chemistry than ever and I love this part! This is what I've been wishing since the first book。 I also got the answer I've been asking since the first book, what makes Steel and Emberly attract each other and my guess was right。 It feels so good to finally be back to my lovely characters, especially Tink and Sterling。 However judging by that ending, not all things ended happily for some characters。 The author also said she's not ready to part with these characters。 So, my guess is there will be other stories featuring other characters as the main character instead of Emberly。 Probably Nova and Thorne ? That would be interesting, I'd love to see what's going to happen to the both of them。 Overall, this is a very satisfying conclusion and I really enjoy my time reading this book。 Can't wait to find the next adventure in this universe!Actual rating: 4。5⭐ 。。。more

I have received a complimentary copy of this book and volunteered to review it。Finally all the answers are given! Emberly’s unique heritage is revealed (aka we meet some family) and we also find out just how removed and out of date they are。We also find out about the connection that Steel and Emberly share。 It is mind blowing! A great conclusion to the trilogy!

I loved this series and didn’t want it to end! A great conclusion and I want more! I need to know how things turn out for certain characters, although I have theories。 I enjoyed the exciting story, unexpected twists and turns, laugh out loud humor, and pretty much everything!

3。5/5 stars。 ah, I was so excited to see how this trilogy would conclude。 unfortunately this was my least favorite。 in most of the book I felt that the story didn't advance at all and then suddenly in the last chapters everything happens so abruptly。 also there were things that seemed unnecessary to me and therefore at times it became tedious to continue reading。though I'm not totally satisfied with the ending, overall I can say that it was a good trilogy, the first two books are quite fantastic 3。5/5 stars。 ah, I was so excited to see how this trilogy would conclude。 unfortunately this was my least favorite。 in most of the book I felt that the story didn't advance at all and then suddenly in the last chapters everything happens so abruptly。 also there were things that seemed unnecessary to me and therefore at times it became tedious to continue reading。though I'm not totally satisfied with the ending, overall I can say that it was a good trilogy, the first two books are quite fantastic with great likeable characters and a story to pass a good time。 。。。more

Third book did not disappoint at all! The action, the suspense, the characters kept me flipping page after page。 (probably why I finished it in like 5 hours haha)。 Ngl, I'm going to miss a certain character even if I've only known them for a short while。 Steel gets 100x more swoon-worthy in this final book, new relationships are hinted at and I'm particularly curious about one that might or might not happen。 Overall loved this series! 5/5 Third book did not disappoint at all! Julie Hall has brought a fun, exciting, heartfelt series to an epic close。 Emberly begins this novel having come into her powers and ready to take on the world and her own history。 The juxtaposition of having to try and come to grips with the blood family she discovers and the sense of true belonging she feels with the friends who have become “her family” had me tearing up at points。 This gang of friends, and Emberly’s love interest, Steel, truly go above and beyond, always。 The exploration of t Julie Hall has brought a fun, exciting, heartfelt series to an epic close。 Emberly begins this novel having come into her powers and ready to take on the world and her own history。 The juxtaposition of having to try and come to grips with the blood family she discovers and the sense of true belonging she feels with the friends who have become “her family” had me tearing up at points。 This gang of friends, and Emberly’s love interest, Steel, truly go above and beyond, always。 The exploration of the Angel mythology Hall has created was intriguing throughout and the action as they go to war was intense。 Once again, I couldn’t put a book in this series down, and even though Emberly’s story may be at its culmination, I truly hope to read other stories in this world! 。。。more

This was epic! So let's continue Emberly's story。 After the way Forging Darkness finished I was really looking forward to reading this final book in the trilogy! I think I’m still in post-reader shock。 Julie Hall brought in more POVs to this book which added to the dynamics of the story and gives that extra detail of what’s going on behind the scenes。 Sometimes I wish I had a little more information (like one more chapter) before switching POVs because you just had to wait for that POV to come back around to see what happened。 But you eventually find out。 It was probably her intention in writing it。 I definitely “one more chaptered” this book to 3 am on I think I’m still in post-reader shock。 Julie Hall brought in more POVs to this book which added to the dynamics of the story and gives that extra detail of what’s going on behind the scenes。 Sometimes I wish I had a little more information (like one more chapter) before switching POVs because you just had to wait for that POV to come back around to see what happened。 But you eventually find out。 It was probably her intention in writing it。 I definitely “one more chaptered” this book to 3 am on two different nights! You get to see Steel and Emberly’s relationship grow and find out a fun aspect about Emberly that is humorous when it comes to the middle Durand twins (more specifically Sterling)。Overall, it was sooooo good, but the ending had me crying from the first shocking death (yes, a favorite character does die and it is absolutely heart wrenching!!) until I finished the book with another cliff-hanger that readers will get to chew on since the series is over。 Knowing what Emberly could be losing makes me sad for her because part of me identifies with her。I loved reading this world Julie created and I’m sad that it’s ending。 I hope there will be more from this world。 There are so many more storylines to explore! Whoa, what just happened?! #Mindblown It's actually been a few hours since I finished reading Unleashing Fire but I don't know if my mind will ever recover from something like that stares off into the distance So, thanks to the combination of my lack of sleep #IDontNeedSleepINeedAnswers and my brain still processing everything #StillNotOverThatEnding let's bring all the hashtags for this review, as well as to help me number a few of the things I liked:#AllThePointOfViews: did you enjoy getting S Whoa, what just happened?! #Mindblown It's actually been a few hours since I finished reading Unleashing Fire but I don't know if my mind will ever recover from something like that stares off into the distance So, thanks to the combination of my lack of sleep #IDontNeedSleepINeedAnswers and my brain still processing everything #StillNotOverThatEnding let's bring all the hashtags for this review, as well as to help me number a few of the things I liked:#AllThePointOfViews: did you enjoy getting Steel's POV in Forging Darkness? What about that peek from Thorne's? Well, buckle up because this one adds even more to that, along with some new and interesting characters。 And on that note。。。#AllTheShips: yes, we're all about #Stemberly #genius #creditstowhoevercameupwithit but there are so many more! And while there were some I kinda saw coming (cough Sable cough), some that had been hinted at (Nova), others definitely took me by surprise (Greyson; and will Sterling finally meet his match?)#AllTheAction: I'm gonna blame my #mindblown partially to this one。 I mean, if you're here, you're at least a fan of the author if not of the series, and can't get enough of all her action sequences。 There are all the fights with the Fallen and Forsaken, there are plot twists, there's the squad in action making good use of not only all that training at Seraph Academy but also all their weapons (from battle axes, spears, blades, guns to crossbows, this book has it all)。 Still, if some parts of Forging Darkness made you queasy and/or you're concerned about the violence levels, check the Content part of this review。#AllTheAnswers: mostly。 While the author ties up pretty much every thread that had been left loose throughout the trilogy (#AllTheDeets on Emberly and Thorne's past), due to the events in this book I can't help but wonder if that is it for this series or if there's hope for more (be it a novella or spin-off series) #CantGetEnoughOverall, a deserving, epic finale to a fantastic trilogy that will have your emotions on a roller coaster ride all the way through the ultimate good vs。 evil, dark vs。 light battle, till you reach its satisfying conclusion。 ~ 5 stars!Content: Sex: None。 Tops you get steamy kisses but that's it (props to authors who don't need to add those scenes in their books。 Besides, this is YA)Language: a handful of d**n(ed)Violence (mild spoilers): some are hinted at, some are (partially) summed up after it's happened, and some are shown play by play (to a certain extent)。 There's torture of both Nephilim and Forsaken (though it's more graphic with the latter - eyes popping kind of thing); this is an ongoing battle, so be prepared for all the broken bones (from broken legs to dislocated jaws), as well as being shot; people are killed through that move that leaves a hole in the center of their bodies; and someone self-inflicts harm/cut themselves in order to numb their emotions。 。。。more

It’s finally here!
