Very unimpressed。 Recipes are not very exciting and there are barely any vegetarian recipes。 I am not vegetarian but we all know that we should not be eating meat in every single meal。 And this is supposed to be their complete recipe collection。 Also, there are many recipes containing artificial sweeteners。 Just found this book very unhelpful。
