Good step into economics for the person that knows nothing of the economic system and its different layers of wealth and production。 Perfect if you're starting a business or looking to start a business。 Good step into economics for the person that knows nothing of the economic system and its different layers of wealth and production。 Perfect if you're starting a business or looking to start a business。 。。。more

Rich Dad Poor Dad led me here as a nice progression。 Really enjoyed this book, it goes into more detail on what to do and how to get out of the rat race by building your financial IQ。 Offers lots of insight and advice。 A really good read!

I liked how it talked a lot about developing a mindset to make money and how it's up to one's owns actions only。 I liked how it talked a lot about developing a mindset to make money and how it's up to one's owns actions only。 。。。more

This is a book that everyone needs to read。 It makes a difference when we understand where our strengths naturally lie and how to leverage them。 It also makes sense that not everybody needs to fit into a certain box in order to attain financial freedom。As usual, Robert does a great job at telling stories to break down the principles he's trying to explain。 He also provides a lot of real-world and practical advice that can be implemented right away。 This book is very motivating and informative。 M This is a book that everyone needs to read。 It makes a difference when we understand where our strengths naturally lie and how to leverage them。 It also makes sense that not everybody needs to fit into a certain box in order to attain financial freedom。As usual, Robert does a great job at telling stories to break down the principles he's trying to explain。 He also provides a lot of real-world and practical advice that can be implemented right away。 This book is very motivating and informative。 My financial intelligence has definitely increased! 。。。more

Holistic and conceptual, a great guide to changing your approach to creating business and investment。

Oana

A bit repetitive and sounds a bit like self-advertising at times。 More motivational than informative, but includes a few gems。

Waste of time and moneyI didn’t want to leave a negative review but this book was a waste of time and money。 I’m one of those people who have to finish a book once I start (that may change after reading this)。 You’d be better off watching a 10 minute review on YouTube。 I’m reading on the kindle app for iPad and roughly half of the images were sized so small that they were not readable making them useless。 This book is extremely repetitive with very little worthwhile content and numerous referenc Waste of time and moneyI didn’t want to leave a negative review but this book was a waste of time and money。 I’m one of those people who have to finish a book once I start (that may change after reading this)。 You’d be better off watching a 10 minute review on YouTube。 I’m reading on the kindle app for iPad and roughly half of the images were sized so small that they were not readable making them useless。 This book is extremely repetitive with very little worthwhile content and numerous references to his first book。 I was somewhat expecting this having read his first book several years ago but I couldn’t resist for some unknown reason。 Save your time and money for something else。 You’ve been warned。 。。。more

I am not huge fan of Self Help books。 However, this one suggested by a friend is a apt read at this juncture of life。 I am not in total agreement with the books ideas, but yes the approach to financial freedom is the major highlight of this book。

I didnt necessarily agree with everything Kiyosaki said, but I gathered great insights from this book。 I only read through 4/5th of it, and the general idea is apparent in the first 1/3 of the book。 Would recommend if you're looking to understand and gather different perspectives for financial freedom。 I didnt necessarily agree with everything Kiyosaki said, but I gathered great insights from this book。 I only read through 4/5th of it, and the general idea is apparent in the first 1/3 of the book。 Would recommend if you're looking to understand and gather different perspectives for financial freedom。 。。。more

I have a love/hate relationship with Kiyosaki's books。 After I read the first in this series, the classic 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad', I did not like it。 It felt too simplistic and like there was nothing new there, and few actionable ideas。 Years later, I finally moved the book to my top shelf for business books 。 。 。 despite not loving it, it stuck with me and I continually referred to the lessons in it。 Knowing that helped me appreciate this book more 。 。 。 I didn't love it, but I know it was importa I have a love/hate relationship with Kiyosaki's books。 After I read the first in this series, the classic 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad', I did not like it。 It felt too simplistic and like there was nothing new there, and few actionable ideas。 Years later, I finally moved the book to my top shelf for business books 。 。 。 despite not loving it, it stuck with me and I continually referred to the lessons in it。 Knowing that helped me appreciate this book more 。 。 。 I didn't love it, but I know it was important and will stick with me for years to come。 His gift is to make things so simple that you can't help but remember them and reference them, and this book had some surprising insights that were genuinely helpful。 The quadrant itself was great, his definition of wealth (when you have more coming in every month passively then you have going out), and his simplified explanation of the difference between income and assets and how that affects your taxes were all enormously helpful。 I also really enjoy his disdain for things like saving, 401k's, and the like - not what you would expect from a personal finance book。 Great information, highly recommend this one - don't dismiss it because its too simple。 You will learn a lot。 。。。more

Cashflow quadrant is an extension of the ideas in Rich Dad Poor Dad, I enjoyed it for sure but wouldn’t say you necessarily have to read it after Rich Dad Poor Dad

Shows some interesting views about money and how people in our society make it。 However it feels more like a motivational/mindset/attitude development book than giving out any real actionable advice。 In the last 80/90 pages of the book he gives out some steps but I think the people who benefit more are people currently stuck at "keeping up with the Joneses" more than people who already have some finantial literacy。I think the most valuable thing of the book is Robert's non-conventional money per Shows some interesting views about money and how people in our society make it。 However it feels more like a motivational/mindset/attitude development book than giving out any real actionable advice。 In the last 80/90 pages of the book he gives out some steps but I think the people who benefit more are people currently stuck at "keeping up with the Joneses" more than people who already have some finantial literacy。I think the most valuable thing of the book is Robert's non-conventional money perspectives like "your house is not an asset" and "what constitutes an asset"。 However I advise people in taking his advice with care as this is jot the absolute truth, and what might be a good strategy to him, might not be to most people。 。。。more

Marginally better than the first book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad。" Although it does help employees shift their mindset into entrepreneurship, the lessons are not necessarily helpful for most individuals。 For example those who have children or other responsibilities may not be able to live out of the backseat of a Camry while they build their business after they quit their job。 The visual quadrant guide does help shift the paradigm in an effective way, but the book does not provide concrete ways to eff Marginally better than the first book, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad。" Although it does help employees shift their mindset into entrepreneurship, the lessons are not necessarily helpful for most individuals。 For example those who have children or other responsibilities may not be able to live out of the backseat of a Camry while they build their business after they quit their job。 The visual quadrant guide does help shift the paradigm in an effective way, but the book does not provide concrete ways to effectively move among the quadrants。 。。。more

This book explains how to move from the left side of the quadrant to the right side。 Talking about step to take in order to make money work for you instead of working for money。 Robert goes through his life and provides insight to how he reached financial freedom and how you can too。

Misleading and lacks facts。Only written with personal opinion and anecdotes to support the logic。

One of the many, MANY books I’ve ever read。。。 but the only one to completely change my point of view on how I’m choosing to live my life。 This book literally opens so many doors for you if you let yourself read and learn。 Please read this with an open mind and I promise he will change your life!

Debunks perception on money and financial securityThe book was insightful about misconceptions of financial security that are pasted down from generation to generation。 I will read this book again lots of material。

Robert Kiosaki provides a great explanation of how we look at things matter。 He contrasts his upbringing in light of having a "Rich Dad" and a "Poor Dad" and their differences on looking at life through their eyes。 We can learn from each of them。 Robert Kiosaki provides a great explanation of how we look at things matter。 He contrasts his upbringing in light of having a "Rich Dad" and a "Poor Dad" and their differences on looking at life through their eyes。 We can learn from each of them。 。。。more

Leuk en interessant boek als je er over nadenkt om van werknemer of zelfstandige over te stappen naar business owner of investeerder。 Handige tips en duidelijke taal。 Ook dit boek van Kiyosaki leest heerlijk weg。

Honestly a youtube video on this book would suffice。Most people are Employees。 Ultimately you need to move from E quadrant to the B quadrant。 You get there through many ways though the book advocates Multi-level-marketing to be an efficient one, or any with a Mentor attached。
