Toto the cat and her brother Silver live footloose and fancy-free in a townhouse in London。 Toto is almost totally blind， and learned to trust her senses from a ninja cat-master who taught her back in Italy where they were born。 By day， Toto and Silver seem to be ordinary cats， but by night， they love to have adventures！
One evening， news reaches Toto that a king cobra has escaped from London Zoo！ Together with help from a very posh cat and two hungry tigers， Toto and Silver must investigate。 Can they find the giant snake， before it's too late？

What a fun， delightful and cute book this was featuring a very kicking some ass character！When I saw Ninja + Cat I knew that I had to have this book。 I knew this could potentially be a book I would want more of and with several other books in a series I would be set for a while。I love that despite Toto’s lesser vision that she was still able to do everything （sometimes books with people without or lesser sight treat them as if they cannot do things， but this one was great） and even kicked some f What a fun， delightful and cute book this was featuring a very kicking some ass character！When I saw Ninja + Cat I knew that I had to have this book。 I knew this could potentially be a book I would want more of and with several other books in a series I would be set for a while。I love that despite Toto’s lesser vision that she was still able to do everything （sometimes books with people without or lesser sight treat them as if they cannot do things， but this one was great） and even kicked some freaking ninja ass。 GO go girl。 I love it。I loved seeing all the animals and the tour was fabulous。 It was also great that there was a special animal version of the Tube。 No one looks up though？ I do。 Often。 My ADHD has me looking all over the place。 If I see something move？ I search for it。 But it seems the animals are quite well hidden。 I wonder what other places there are for the animals and if we will see them in the next books， I do hope so。I knew immediately what Catface was though， but I did like that it took a bit for him to reveal it。 I was happy with the siblings reactions to it though， OK Silver reacted exactly how I expected。 😛I loved the snake plotline and also what came out of it。 The ending had me in stitches。 Good luck zoo！ The art was great。I will be buying the other books soon， I definitely want more of Toto！Review first posted at https://twirlingbookprincess。com/ 。。。more

Loved this。 Introduced it to my 5 year-old son as the first “chapters” book for bedtime。 He loves ninjas （lego， turtles） so thought it would appeal。 He really enjoyed it and was enthusiastic to get to the next chapter at bedtime。 Having come straight from picture books， he perhaps would have enjoyed a few more illustrations but it was a hit nonetheless。 Highly recommended。

Great fun feline adventure that would I think please many younger readers。 As a mature reader， and a cat lover， this is short read that will appeal for its novelty value and then for its nice patter and characterisation。 The stories are supported by delightfully full and imaginative artwork。 I am not sure whether I could suffer too many of these stories though as I fear they may become very much of a muchness， and seemed to lack the same depth as， say， Max the Detective Cat。 Still， as a younger Great fun feline adventure that would I think please many younger readers。 As a mature reader， and a cat lover， this is short read that will appeal for its novelty value and then for its nice patter and characterisation。 The stories are supported by delightfully full and imaginative artwork。 I am not sure whether I could suffer too many of these stories though as I fear they may become very much of a muchness， and seemed to lack the same depth as， say， Max the Detective Cat。 Still， as a younger read I think I would have lapped this up so do not be put off by a mature perspective。 。。。more

Perfect for reluctant readers or younger readers。 The story line is exciting and fast paced and the characters are hilarious。 The illustration are great and help engage and break up the story for children not to keen on reading。 There is also loads of great new vocabulary in this book。 I have used this in a reading support intervention and will defiantly be using it again and recommending it to me colleges。 My only critique isn’t of the story it’s self but the physical book。 Out of the 7 copies Perfect for reluctant readers or younger readers。 The story line is exciting and fast paced and the characters are hilarious。 The illustration are great and help engage and break up the story for children not to keen on reading。 There is also loads of great new vocabulary in this book。 I have used this in a reading support intervention and will defiantly be using it again and recommending it to me colleges。 My only critique isn’t of the story it’s self but the physical book。 Out of the 7 copies I have purchased for use in school， 4 have lost pages which I have had to glue back in。 You need to read with the book partially closed to avoid this which is annoying and impossible to persuade most children to do。 。。。more
