In this big learn to draw book children get to learn to draw all kind of animals， different kind of transportation vehicles， foods， random things and much more。 The book is divided to sections according to the picture you want to learn to draw。 I found the illustrations nice and age appropriate for the age range the author suggests。Children get to follow a simple step by step guide and draw little pieces of each illustration each time until they draw the full illustration。 In each step children In this big learn to draw book children get to learn to draw all kind of animals， different kind of transportation vehicles， foods， random things and much more。 The book is divided to sections according to the picture you want to learn to draw。 I found the illustrations nice and age appropriate for the age range the author suggests。Children get to follow a simple step by step guide and draw little pieces of each illustration each time until they draw the full illustration。 In each step children get to draw in traced grey colored lines what they learned in the previous steps and get to see in black color the next piece that they will draw of the illustration。I received a free ARC copy of this book but that did not affect my review in any way。 。。。more

I don't know how to draw but I am very much in love with beautiful drawings and paintings。 As a child， I think I would have been smitten with a simple， encouraging drawing book like this one。 What I expected to find inside the book: A bit more context， something more like the cover。 But then this is a workbook and it is supposed to be simple and maintain the child's focus on what he/she needs to draw。My lasting impression of the book: The bunny。 I think it makes an excellent introduction to the I don't know how to draw but I am very much in love with beautiful drawings and paintings。 As a child， I think I would have been smitten with a simple， encouraging drawing book like this one。 What I expected to find inside the book: A bit more context， something more like the cover。 But then this is a workbook and it is supposed to be simple and maintain the child's focus on what he/she needs to draw。My lasting impression of the book: The bunny。 I think it makes an excellent introduction to the book and remains my favorite。 Well， I admit I also love both versions of the chicken :） 。。。more

I received a PDF。file copy of this book and the following is my inner-child’s honest opinion。Like all other children， I want to draw different things so my mother could tape what I did on the refrigerator so everyone else could see what I did。 What I did came from my imagination and never looked like they should，I loved copying the easy step-by-step things to do to complete the finished drawing， because it was teaching me what to do in a way that I could understand。 Once I drew the thing I was c I received a PDF。file copy of this book and the following is my inner-child’s honest opinion。Like all other children， I want to draw different things so my mother could tape what I did on the refrigerator so everyone else could see what I did。 What I did came from my imagination and never looked like they should，I loved copying the easy step-by-step things to do to complete the finished drawing， because it was teaching me what to do in a way that I could understand。 Once I drew the thing I was copying， I made several of them， until I could do it without looking at what I needed to do。 I then used my imagination to draw them in a different fun manner， and I love seeing what I did。 I then would color the drawings using different crayons。I would then take the different things I was learning to draw and put them into one picture。 The more I drew the items in the book， the better I became。For teaching me how to draw different things， I am giving this book and the person who has taught me how to draw 5 STARS。 It is a book I want like to see other children drawing things better than they could before。 。。。more

This is a great way to learn how to draw。 It shows how to draw step by step。 It shows animals， food， people， vehicles， and objects。 Some are easier than others but they are all fun to draw and they have instruction for all the drawings。 Then you can color them。 This is a great activity book for kids， and they learn something new。I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review。
