Pleasantly surprised at this collection of 50 tips on living more mindfully (being more aware of the present and ‘taking in’ life actively)。I have long needed the advice to pause and take stock of moments, priorities and what is truly important。Practical, no nonsense and full of achievable steps and idea suggestions。
