。。。more

The little "twist" in this one was very predictable。。。but I still loved it。 I enjoyed the backstory we got here about Mikasa and the action was very fun。 I'm all in for this。 Read on Kindle Unlimited。 The little "twist" in this one was very predictable。。。but I still loved it。 I enjoyed the backstory we got here about Mikasa and the action was very fun。 I'm all in for this。 Read on Kindle Unlimited。 。。。more

Ooh boy。 How in the world do you even fight something like that? Well, apparently with gas powered, back mounted grappling hooks and swords。 Which is absolutely insane--but also awesome。 For some reason, slicing the backs of their necks open is the only way to kill them?

Even better than the first volume。 More character depth, flashback of Mikasa's and Eren's relationship dynamic, badass female character and my favourite fighting strategy that showcases these people really do know their stuff。 Even better than the first volume。 More character depth, flashback of Mikasa's and Eren's relationship dynamic, badass female character and my favourite fighting strategy that showcases these people really do know their stuff。 。。。more

I didn't even know if I should go ahead and add these volumes to my Goodreads read list, because of all the "manga doesn't count as reading" blabber。Anyway, this is good, if not for the self-deprecating comments and the self-pity。 I didn't even know if I should go ahead and add these volumes to my Goodreads read list, because of all the "manga doesn't count as reading" blabber。Anyway, this is good, if not for the self-deprecating comments and the self-pity。 。。。more

Happily, after volume 1, didn't maintain the level of darkness of the fourth chapter of the previous volume, though still had some quite dark scenes。 However, even these didn't seem to hit quite as hard as the previous volume did, possibly as able to expect it more now。 Also had a bit more of a feeling of hope throughout it as well。On flip side, due to this, wasn't quite as powerful a volume as the first, though did leave me wanting to read more now, whereas if this was more like volume 1 I thin Happily, after volume 1, didn't maintain the level of darkness of the fourth chapter of the previous volume, though still had some quite dark scenes。 However, even these didn't seem to hit quite as hard as the previous volume did, possibly as able to expect it more now。 Also had a bit more of a feeling of hope throughout it as well。On flip side, due to this, wasn't quite as powerful a volume as the first, though did leave me wanting to read more now, whereas if this was more like volume 1 I think I would stop at this point :)Certainly a couple of twists in here, with some new mysteries opened up, on top of what is already quite a mysterious world。 。。。more

So enjoyable and so addictive。 I really had a great and quick fun time。 I loved discovering more of Mikasa’s back story, this character is so interesting。 I won’t read the sequel, the series is too long, but I will definitely watch the anime。

THIS WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN VOLUME ONE LITERALLY RIVALLING THE ANIME FOR QUALITY HERE

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 I appreciate Mikasa's backstory as it pertains to her character development and how she became the way she is today。 I think it's cool that in present time Mikasa grew up to be the number one soldier over Eren, especially since she was so scared to kill those kidnappers, while Eren was ready to do it in a heartbeat。 It shows her strength and stamina。 She is amazingly skilled and I hope she speaks more in the manga than she does in there anime。 I find Eren annoying sometimes, but I do admire his I appreciate Mikasa's backstory as it pertains to her character development and how she became the way she is today。 I think it's cool that in present time Mikasa grew up to be the number one soldier over Eren, especially since she was so scared to kill those kidnappers, while Eren was ready to do it in a heartbeat。 It shows her strength and stamina。 She is amazingly skilled and I hope she speaks more in the manga than she does in there anime。 I find Eren annoying sometimes, but I do admire his ambition。 I also really loved that split second of an interaction between Ymir and Historia/Christa!! 。。。more

Honestly the only reason I’m reading this is for more character depth and to avoid manga readers from spoiling the series for me。 I prefer the anime when compared to the 2 volumes I’ve read so far hopefully it gets better as the story progresses, but highkey I don’t think I’ll enjoy the manga as much seeing as how I already know all the major events and plot twists that’ll happen as of now。 Also the art style is cute。。。。 nothing special idk

Vol 2 picks up right after the events of Vol 1。 This one is even better than Vol 1。 The story progresses fairly faster and there are several twists and turns。 There is a lot of action in this book compared to the previous one。 There are no dull moments in this book and I am very eager to read the next volume as soon as possible。
