I read Attack On Titan Volume 4 as a paper copy。 I chose this book because I am collecting the manga series for the anime to read。 The genre of the book is manga， fantasy， horror， graphic novels， comics， fiction， science fiction， young adult， action。 The names of the main characters are Eren， Mikasa， and Armin。 The setting is in Wall Maria somewhere around year 845。 tIn the book Attack On Titan it shows the readers more of insight of what happened during the training arc for Eren， Mikasa， and Ar I read Attack On Titan Volume 4 as a paper copy。 I chose this book because I am collecting the manga series for the anime to read。 The genre of the book is manga， fantasy， horror， graphic novels， comics， fiction， science fiction， young adult， action。 The names of the main characters are Eren， Mikasa， and Armin。 The setting is in Wall Maria somewhere around year 845。 tIn the book Attack On Titan it shows the readers more of insight of what happened during the training arc for Eren， Mikasa， and Armin。 Trying to get Eren to gain consciousness again Armin reminds him of their goal to get on the other side of the wall and see what lies there。 Later we meet other characters and some background on them and what branch of the government they want to go into。 For example we see Jean， Connie， Sasha， Annie， Bertolt， Reiner， and Marco and how they all turn out to be friends with Eren， Mikasa， and Armin。 Also， analyze their pros and cons。 Even though Jean and Eren have their differences they will always be there for eachother no matter what。 While everyone for the most part excels in their abilities for training， Eren struggles with his training and had a difficult time passing most of the tests。 This worries him so he asks for help but never gets anything in return。 So all that was left was faith and hope for Eren to complete his training， and pass onto the Survey Corps。 Eren never gave up and although he wasn’t the best soldier the commander acknowledged the fact that Eren is very determined。Eren finally gains his consciousness and finishes their mission。 After successfully finishing the mission Armin takes Eren out of his titan body and ends up passing out。 While trying to help Eren two titans were coming towards Armin， Eren， and Mikasa。 But， lucky they were saved by the Survey Corps and one man。 That man was known as the strongest soldier in humanity Captain Levi Ackerman。 Eren slowly passed out after that and was for three days。 As time flew by he was told about everything that happened while he was asleep and remembered old memories。 For example he remembers all of the training he went through and all of his successes with the tests he had to take， his improvement， and how he gained friendship with many others。 With Annie he leads many new fist to fist combat moves and learns new things。 Jean， him and Eren always argue over little things and never get too much along， but with Marco Jean and him are better friends。 Connie and Sasha， those two are good friends and like to make jokes and fool around a lot。 Reiner and Bertolt get together with Eren really well and are really good friends together also。 After the war was over and Eren plugged the hole all of the soldiers went out to go pick up dead bodies。 While Jean is looking around he sees Marco dead on the floor and looks horrified。 Originally everyone （except for Eren Armin and Mikasa） wanted to join the Military Police but after seeing all of the deaths and Marcos death they all changed to joining the Survey Corps to avenge all of the deaths。 When Eren wakes up he is greeted by Commander Erwin and Captain Levi only behind bars and was told all of this。I would recommend this book to anime/manga fans because this would fit in with the type of books they would prefer。 I would also recommend this book to fans of comic books， graphic novels etc。 because this would fit their genre of books。 This book is best suited for both boys and girls。 I feel no matter the gender as long as they find interest in the book they would enjoy it。 This book has a bit more of strong language， but from my personal view it would be good for most middle schoolers that are mature and can handle a bit of cursing。 If you find joy in books like graphic novels， comics， and a bit of horror then yes， it might fit your liking。 。。。more

I absolutely loved this volume。 This one is a flashback to the training period and is all about character building and background stories and is very crucial。 Every little interaction between the characters is important and is brilliantly done， it is even more enjoyable to read （or re-read） this once you know what happens in future volumes。The transition into the current time with the Jean/Marco panel was tragic and well executed。 The volume ends with the official introduction of Erwin & Levi wh I absolutely loved this volume。 This one is a flashback to the training period and is all about character building and background stories and is very crucial。 Every little interaction between the characters is important and is brilliantly done， it is even more enjoyable to read （or re-read） this once you know what happens in future volumes。The transition into the current time with the Jean/Marco panel was tragic and well executed。 The volume ends with the official introduction of Erwin & Levi which makes me so excited for the next volume！ 。。。more

I really enjoyed this， but the anime definitely handled this part way better by placing it earlier。 It was just very jarring to suddenly flashback in time， putting a stop on what was happening in the present。
