It's one of those books that you want to love but you don't。 Seriously, how many people have the capacity to purchase 60 litres of cow's milk to make cheese。 How do these large quanties help a small family who want to preserve。 The whole book is blah, blah, blah。 How about having photos of what the end product should look like at the very least。 How do we know if these recipes work?
