Summary

Maestro Isao tenía un dicho: él me decía que el guijarro más pequeño， cuando se deja caer en un estanque， provoca ondas que crecen y se extendien de maneras que no podemos comprender。Me genera conflicto este libro porque por un lado creo que está muy bien conseguida la ambientación y el folklore japonés， pero por otro se me ha hecho repetitivo y los personajes me transmitían poco。 Rollo que actuaban de una manera muy fría e impersonal en situaciones que requería un poco de impacto emocional。 Y l Maestro Isao tenía un dicho: él me decía que el guijarro más pequeño， cuando se deja caer en un estanque， provoca ondas que crecen y se extendien de maneras que no podemos comprender。Me genera conflicto este libro porque por un lado creo que está muy bien conseguida la ambientación y el folklore japonés， pero por otro se me ha hecho repetitivo y los personajes me transmitían poco。 Rollo que actuaban de una manera muy fría e impersonal en situaciones que requería un poco de impacto emocional。 Y la trama al girar en casi su totalidad en torno a un viaje hacia que siguiera la misma estructura: -Momento de conocer a personajes。 -Lucha contra monstruo。 -Dialogo。 -Lucha contra otro monstruo。 -Avance de trama。 -COMBATE CON OTRO MONSTRUO。 Quizás si los personajes hubiesen sido más interesantes no me habría importado que se repitiera esta estructura， pero macho。。。。。。 es que no he podido empatizar todo lo que yo quería。 Era un quiero pero no puedo （ahora entiendo porque suelo dejar a la mitad los anime de aventuras， porque también llegan a un punto de bucle en el que ocurre lo mismo Y ME ABURRE）。 Aún así no es mala lectura， me ha resultado entretenido y ha habido momentos que me han resultado tiernos。 ¡Y las escenas de acción están muy bien hechas！ Sumado a que la mitología japonesa me gusta y se pueden ver multitud de criaturas de esta cultura。 Quizás si lo hubiese leído a otra edad lo habría disfrutado más。 No sé si continuaré con la trilogía， porque el final invita a leer el siguiente， pero who knows。 P。D: Me ha dado las Inuyasha vibes， así si alguien es fan de la serie， este libro os puede gustar muuuuucho。 。。。more

Brillante arranque de trilogía en donde la acción y el suspense están garantizados desde las primeras páginas。 La protagonista pronto robará el corazón del lector， y conforme avance la trama nos vamos a encontrar con un curioso grupo de secundarios que le van a acompañar ayudándole en su misión por llegar al Templo de la Pluma de Acero。 Me gusta especialmente el personaje de Tatsumi， porque creo que tiene las sombras y las luces necesarias para equilibrar el relato y darle ritmo。 Además， los mal Brillante arranque de trilogía en donde la acción y el suspense están garantizados desde las primeras páginas。 La protagonista pronto robará el corazón del lector， y conforme avance la trama nos vamos a encontrar con un curioso grupo de secundarios que le van a acompañar ayudándole en su misión por llegar al Templo de la Pluma de Acero。 Me gusta especialmente el personaje de Tatsumi， porque creo que tiene las sombras y las luces necesarias para equilibrar el relato y darle ritmo。 Además， los malvados están perfectamente trabajados e insertados en la historia， de forma que el lector va conociendo todos los puntos de vista hasta que la novela confluye cerca del final uniendo los caminos de todos y planteando un nuevo hilo para el siguiente libro。 No quiero olvidar mencionar que hay un trabajo excepcional por parte de la autora a la hora de dar cuerpo y forma a los mitos， creencias y ambientes de la cultura asiática。 Lo hace de una forma fluida de manera que， a pesar de tener lenguaje técnico entre medias de la narración， no despista ni supone un lastre para conectar con la historia。 En ese sentido lo que logra es darle una verosimilitud y una plasticidad al relato que engancha de principio a fin。Tengo muchas ganas de ver cómo continúa esta historia。 Os la recomiendo sin duda a todos los amantes de la fantasía。 。。。more

4，5/5 Basicamente es leerse un manga bien escrito。 Y lo he disfrutado muchísimo por la ambientación， por los personajes， por todo。 Me han dado muchísimas ganas de ir a Japón， me ha metido en la historia bastante y tengo que decir que Tatsumi es el prototipo de personaje que AMO en los mangas （y en el libro también /apunte que soy Levitrash/）。 En resumen， quiero leerme toda la saga ya。 Sí lo digo。

It was so much fun to read a book based on Japanese myths because I’ve never heard of them before。 I read this as an audiobook and I loved the characters。 They’re all so precious！！ <333 I did think the story was bland， mostly because it was typical YA so I kind of had an idea of where the story was going。 If you’re new to YA or still love it， I would definitely recommend this book。 As for me， I didn’t enjoy the book to the fullest just because I’ve been outgrowing the genre。

What a journey ！ I loved this book in more than one way， it was brilliant。 Where do I start ？ This story is so original， full of awesome Japanese mythology。 I learnt so much through my reading， and it was really immersive with all the different Japanese terms。Then the characters。 I loved them all。 They each have such a unique personality， and each bring something to the story。 I often laughed as well， since this book is packed with humour。I loved the developping relationship of Yumeko and Tatsum What a journey ！ I loved this book in more than one way， it was brilliant。 Where do I start ？ This story is so original， full of awesome Japanese mythology。 I learnt so much through my reading， and it was really immersive with all the different Japanese terms。Then the characters。 I loved them all。 They each have such a unique personality， and each bring something to the story。 I often laughed as well， since this book is packed with humour。I loved the developping relationship of Yumeko and Tatsumi， because it's not a romance， but they grow to trust each other and eventually are attracted to one another。 It's so good ！ I also loved the rythm， not too slow， but not too fast-paced either， with great world-building and character development。 I can't help but see it as a more in depth version of the Percy Jackson formula， more grown-up on a way。 It was bloody， beautiful and amazing， really。 I am dying to read the sequel， to see what's gonna happen。 Thanks to this amazing book， I am reminded of why I love reading so much。 。。。more

3。5 （ish）/5Loved the setting， loved the magic and the spirits， and loved the overall story。 I do think the writing and plot progression was a bit drawn out and slow， but I didn’t really mind reading through it。My main issue was with the lack of character development and the multiple cliches thrown into Yumeko and Tatsumi。 Naive girl needs protecting， strong aloof boy will protect。 Been done before。 I’m still going to go ahead with the series and finish it。 Hopefully it gets better from here :））
