Another favorite of Baby。 Be sure to make the appropriate sound effects on each page。 I'm pleased with the dinosaurs that are represented。 It's a fun art style and the pages are a good size and thickness for small fingers and hands to grab them。 Another favorite of Baby。 Be sure to make the appropriate sound effects on each page。 I'm pleased with the dinosaurs that are represented。 It's a fun art style and the pages are a good size and thickness for small fingers and hands to grab them。 。。。more

Cute, sturdy non-fiction board book that dinosaur loving toddlers will enjoy。

A good picture book for my younger storytime crowd。 Not much of a story, per se, but there are colorful and clear pictures, simple facts, and still clear enough for a younger group to understand。 Pulled out for dinosaur storytimes (obviously)。

Miss Sarah

Very cute。 Might be for a little older baby as there are more words on each page。 Also, gives tidbits of factual information。 I look forward to getting the other books in the hello World Series

I loved reading this book to my niece and my daughter。 Finally! A dinosaur book that gets it right! Dinosaurs DID have feathers! This book educates children without talking down to them。 From this book kids can learn about everything from the tiny Compsognathus to the large Apatosaurus to the paleontologist and her trowel。

While this was a cute read, I feel like for it being a board book, the book was a little advanced in the wording。 They used a lot of big words that the child isn't going to understand。 Even with the little asterisks。 Words like paleontologists, some of the dinosaur names - Compsognathus, Anklyosaurus, etc。 I know a lot of dinosaur names but even I had a hard time pronouncing them while reading to my son。 Cute read, maybe a little advanced for board book material。 While this was a cute read, I feel like for it being a board book, the book was a little advanced in the wording。 They used a lot of big words that the child isn't going to understand。 Even with the little asterisks。 Words like paleontologists, some of the dinosaur names - Compsognathus, Anklyosaurus, etc。 I know a lot of dinosaur names but even I had a hard time pronouncing them while reading to my son。 Cute read, maybe a little advanced for board book material。 。。。more

I have been waiting and hoping for a dinosaur phase。 For his birthday, T's grandparents got him a paleontologist kit from which we excavated three dinosaur fossils。 I called the day we did it "Dinosaur Day" and we also read dinosaur books。 He was totally into it! While reading:T, pointing to tools: I have a little brush and a little this and a little measuring tape and a smoother!V, reading: Dinosaur bones are found by paleontologists。。。T, interrupting, pointing: That's a paleontologist!V, pointing to ankylosaurus: Is this the one you don't like?T: No, this is my favorite。 I don't like that one - velociraptor。V, reading: Where did baby dinosaurs come from?T: These dinosaurs look cute。 I would like to snuggle them。。。I would like to touch the eggs。V: What do you think they might feel like?T: I don't know。V, reading: Time to let out a big dinosaur roar。T: Nuuh! That was my cute roar! Before bed:T, singing: Dinosaurs, Dinosaurs are so much fun to play withThey have fossils with themAnd you can find some for your ownI would wholeheartedly recommend this book for little ones。 Even the velociraptor looks friendly。 。。。more

Hello World! is a board book series that introduces the youngest readers to nature and science concepts。 Colorful images and question prompts are mixed in with the story text。 For this book, kids discover different dinosaurs。 Fun for parents to read and learn how to pronounce the names!

This book is an informational nonfiction book published in 2018, and it is meant for grades Pk-3, though I feel preschool and kindergarten would be the most appropriate grades。 I paired this book with the fiction book “Have You Seen My Dinosaur?” by Jon Surgal。 I paired them together because both books are meant for young children K-3。 While “Hello World! Dinosaurs” educates children about dinosaurs and accompanying topics, “Have You Seen My Dinosaur?” is a fun rhyming book about a boy looking f This book is an informational nonfiction book published in 2018, and it is meant for grades Pk-3, though I feel preschool and kindergarten would be the most appropriate grades。 I paired this book with the fiction book “Have You Seen My Dinosaur?” by Jon Surgal。 I paired them together because both books are meant for young children K-3。 While “Hello World!
