I read this book when I was twelve years old。 I decided to read this again this year as I’m interested in reading the next books in the series。 I also feel like I need to carry on with this series to see what happens next。 Plus I loved the first two books in this series so of course I wanted to read the next one in the series。 This book still follows Greg Heffley from the first novel。 He has entered another year of middle school and this year his dad， Frank， is on a mission。 A mission to toughen I read this book when I was twelve years old。 I decided to read this again this year as I’m interested in reading the next books in the series。 I also feel like I need to carry on with this series to see what happens next。 Plus I loved the first two books in this series so of course I wanted to read the next one in the series。 This book still follows Greg Heffley from the first novel。 He has entered another year of middle school and this year his dad， Frank， is on a mission。 A mission to toughen Greg up and make him less wimpy。 His main conflict is to try and convince his dad that he doesn’t need to go to military school this summer。I think my favourite month is April just because I could imagine the events that took place happening to me and this book can feel reliable。 I found it quite funny and I think Frank could be anyones dad wanting to improve their kids。 The only weakness I would say is that I found the first one funnier than this book。 This novel is an easy read and I would highly recommend to children looking for something to read。 I really enjoyed reading this and cannot wait for the next book in the series。 。。。more
