Summary

I loved it! I am a sap for happy endings。 I can see why some people would say this book didn’t need to happen but I love that it did。 Had some twists that I think were perfect。 Personally, I recommend it!

I'm glad she decided to write the second book to tie up loose ends and add a few twists。 I'm glad she decided to write the second book to tie up loose ends and add a few twists。 。。。more

I know it was never Colleen Hoovers intention to write a sequel to It Ends With Us which is why I think it should surprise no one that this book cannot live up to the same standard as that。 That book was written perfectly and so heartbreakingly good。 THIS book was also written well but had completely different intentions from Hoover。 It doesn’t get 5 stars simply because it cannot live up to its predecessor and that’s okay with me。 Thank you for giving Lily her happy ending Colleen。

It was great but did make me cry

Nie no tradżedia ogólnie strasznie monotonne nic się prawie nie działo a Lily to mnie irytowała jeszcze bardziej niż w pierwszej części ale w sumie to niczego więcej się nie spodziewałam

I highly recommend this audiobook! It was a nice follow up to It Ends With Us。

It was fine, it probably could have been a novella and not a full length book。 I did enjoy seeing where the characters ended up。

70% in so nearly done with it but i am physically unable to continue reading it, the characters give me a headache whenever they talk。 I can give 700 sentences from the part i read that made me wish I never knew this book existed。Sorry for the remaining 30%, I’m probably never reading you。Cash grab。 Cash grab。 Cash grab。 And her plan worked since in 4 months this book got 600,000 reviews and more than a million shelvings on Goodreads so far。 I would’ve probably done the same if i was her but thi 70% in so nearly done with it but i am physically unable to continue reading it, the characters give me a headache whenever they talk。 I can give 700 sentences from the part i read that made me wish I never knew this book existed。Sorry for the remaining 30%, I’m probably never reading you。Cash grab。 Cash grab。 Cash grab。 And her plan worked since in 4 months this book got 600,000 reviews and more than a million shelvings on Goodreads so far。 I would’ve probably done the same if i was her but this book was utterly useless。 。。。more

I have to admit, I thought people were hyping up Colleen Hoover’s books。 But after reading It Ends With Us, and this book, I get it。 I couldn’t put this book down。 I loved all the different perspectives that were in this book。 I understand why this book was made。 The affects of abuse don’t stop once the abuse itself stops。 And I love that she shows that in this book。

Wasn’t bad, wasn’t great。

A little slow。 I enjoyed It Ends with Us and wasn’t really sure what the sequel would entail。 It was an alright read but overall didn’t add much。 Still wasn’t a huge fan of Atlas, kind of a boring character

Not for me。 If you were happy with the ending of "It Ends With Us," then don't read this book。 If you crave to have the complete Lily and Atlas ending, then you may like it。 I didn't。 And it kinda ruined the open but hopeful ending of"It Ends With Us" for me。 Not for me。 If you were happy with the ending of "It Ends With Us," then don't read this book。 If you crave to have the complete Lily and Atlas ending, then you may like it。 I didn't。 And it kinda ruined the open but hopeful ending of"It Ends With Us" for me。 。。。more

Dare I say an actually good Colleen Hoover book?

An important reminder that just because you were previously in a toxic relationship that you don't have to repeat your past mistakes。 A sweet book of love and growth with some new characters that are endearing。 So happy she gave Altlas and Lily the love story they deserve。 An important reminder that just because you were previously in a toxic relationship that you don't have to repeat your past mistakes。 A sweet book of love and growth with some new characters that are endearing。 So happy she gave Altlas and Lily the love story they deserve。 。。。more

era davvero necessario come libro? no。 l’ho amato comunque?

Colleen Hoover does it again。 A great sequel and rounding out the first book。 Learning how to recover from past relationships, living with the results and moving forward to a healthier life。 It is also a story about forgiveness, and how forgiving is also apart of the healing process。

This is a good book, but of course I enjoyed the first book more。 It took me a while longer to get into this one。 I may be because I was already familiar with the characters and their back stories that nothing was shocking。 I really like Colleen Hoovers writing style though so it was still good for me。

Good follow up to It Ends with Us。 Rarely do we get the opportunity to get a part 2 of an excellent book like It Ends with Us。 In my opinion this is more of a love story compared to part 1 which was more of an awareness around abusive relationships。 Quick read, worth the time!

Danielle

It felt forced, and kind of cheesy dialogue。 I loved the first book and this one did not really need to exist。

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 This book honestly just made my heart so happy。 I am so glad we got to see them actually be together and that we got to see more of Lily's healing。 I thought it did good by showing that just because you divorce someone, they don't necessarily go away。 I'm glad that Lily and Ryle were able to put their issues aside to raise Emerson。 I also love how Atlas was just so willing to love her and raise her knowing that he was going to have to deal with Ryle for the rest of his life。 He didn't care just This book honestly just made my heart so happy。 I am so glad we got to see them actually be together and that we got to see more of Lily's healing。 I thought it did good by showing that just because you divorce someone, they don't necessarily go away。 I'm glad that Lily and Ryle were able to put their issues aside to raise Emerson。 I also love how Atlas was just so willing to love her and raise her knowing that he was going to have to deal with Ryle for the rest of his life。 He didn't care just as long as he could be with Lily。I also love his whole relationship with Josh。 I enjoyed how they entered Josh's character and how Atlas was so willing to fight for him。 I loved their development throughout the book and how it ended with him and Lily raising Josh。I've got to say too, Josh and Theo's friendship was so precious。 Theo was by far one of my favorite characters。 They were just adorable。 Also at the very end where Josh is just so nonchalant about Theo being gay and be willing to go to pride with him。 Overall, it was just a great fluffy ending to Lily and Atlas's story。 。。。more

It starts with us is more of a quick read, (in order to understand what this book is about read It Ends with Us!)I read this in 3 days, it switches chapters in between of Lily and Atlas, many things happen in this book but I highly doubt this deserves all the hype。 I love it and do recommend it but it's not one of those books that make you fall in the trap of being in two worlds at once。 It Starts with Us is definitely bittersweet but brings you a sense of joy while reading being able to be happ It starts with us is more of a quick read, (in order to understand what this book is about read It Ends with Us!)I read this in 3 days, it switches chapters in between of Lily and Atlas, many things happen in this book but I highly doubt this deserves all the hype。 I love it and do recommend it but it's not one of those books that make you fall in the trap of being in two worlds at once。 It Starts with Us is definitely bittersweet but brings you a sense of joy while reading being able to be happy for Lily after all she's been through。 It Starts with Us is more based on Atlas and gives you so much more information about how his lifestyle is/was like。 You get to meet new characters as well! 。。。more
