kitty has my heart forever and forever 🫶🏼 HE’S JUST A DAMAGED BABY WHO NEEDS LOVE ！！！the smut was so damn good and had a tear going down my thigh shew whew the mc did make me mad a little bit and did some dumb stuff LIKE KILL DEMONS RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER HOUSE but i loved the ending and i cannot wait for the rest of the books in the series ！！！

Loved this one so much！ A billion times better than the 2nd one- thankfully。 Mayumi was very abrasive and I didn't always care for the modern opinions and language （I don't picture the story taking place in modern times， more like backwoods villages in the 1800's） but I adored our duskwalker and I cried- a lot。 So that right trumps my disliking a few things。 Loved this one so much！ A billion times better than the 2nd one- thankfully。 Mayumi was very abrasive and I didn't always care for the modern opinions and language （I don't picture the story taking place in modern times， more like backwoods villages in the 1800's） but I adored our duskwalker and I cried- a lot。 So that right trumps my disliking a few things。 。。。more

amazing！This book was absolutely amazing。 It had the perfect balance of wonderful characters that had so much growth and meaning and development and richness and also spice。 A lot of spice。 This was fantastic and I was so invested I could hardly put this book down and lost a heck of a lot of sleep。 I also cried so many tears！！！ I love it when they character’s emotions are so real and I connect with the so much。 LOVE。

Per usual， Opal dishes out great smut。 The story is well-rounded like the first two， but I felt Mayumi was unlikeable compared to the first two female characters。 She seems like a horny manipulator for most of the book。 It took several tries to finish reading its entirety， but it does have a happily ever after （though sad！）。
