2。5⭐️I never rated this （I forgot） but I think it had the potential to be a great read，， the chemistry just wasn’t there for me especially compared to other books similar to this。 Maybe I just had too high of expectations because based on the blurb it could’ve served and for me it just didn’t？ Who knows

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 I really liked the book！ The writing is good， it is funny and the steam in really good！ There where a few things I did not like therefore only 4 stars。Spoilers。 Her ex， he cheats on her a lot。 Even invite her to meet his family only to leave the house for “meetings” or time in the pool house with the staff。Beck knows of this and says nothing which I found a bit odd， because he is madly in love with her and just watches her getting treated like this。 That part is only a small problem for me。 But I really liked the book！ The writing is good， it is funny and the steam in really good！ There where a few things I did not like therefore only 4 stars。Spoilers。 Her ex， he cheats on her a lot。 Even invite her to meet his family only to leave the house for “meetings” or time in the pool house with the staff。Beck knows of this and says nothing which I found a bit odd， because he is madly in love with her and just watches her getting treated like this。 That part is only a small problem for me。 But in the book he makes the hurt she felt from the relationship with carter， to be nothing or kinda stupid？ And gets annoyed at her ‘why she can’t just get with him and act on there attracting’ kinda just wants her to get over how carter hurt her， so they can fuck。 Only focusing on what he wants and not understanding where she is coming from。 And then she has to make it up to him。 That part is hot！ But still his attitude doesn’t sit quite well with me。 He doesn’t this quite a few times in the book， where his feelings and what he wants is more important than how she feels。 Even when he /spoilers/ have lied to her about most things， in stead of him making it up to her and showing her， she can trust him！ Then she has to make it up to him and prove to him that she does love him。 Like what？！？！ He is the one who screwed up， yet she has to prove to him， that she loves him？！ This part kinda lost a whole star for me… He also won’t rarely take responsibility for where he went wrong， like when she confronts him about the lies， his first responds in to lie a couple more times and then go ‘ i didn’t lie to you’ but beck you did！ He does take some responsibility for what he did and in his prove we see he does that， in his mind。 But he never does it to Margo the mfc。 Again the whole thing about ‘ he lied about mostly everything to her and then she has to make it up to him and prove to him that she loves him’ That book starter really good， but the ending was bad and costed a star for how messed up that part about him being in the wrong， lying to her and her having to make it up him， for his mistakes。 Sad that a good book ended like that… 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 It was warm and cozy and exciting reading。 To be honest， for me the book could be totally from Beck's perspective， and the whole thing was worth it just because of him。 The description of his feelings and everything he was willing to do for her。 Some things were a little rushed and felt kind of out of the place for me。 I'm part of the unpopular people that don't enjoy smut that much （and I'm enjoying it even less lately）， so I usually am more into the plot and character development which leaves It was warm and cozy and exciting reading。 To be honest， for me the book could be totally from Beck's perspective， and the whole thing was worth it just because of him。 The description of his feelings and everything he was willing to do for her。 Some things were a little rushed and felt kind of out of the place for me。 I'm part of the unpopular people that don't enjoy smut that much （and I'm enjoying it even less lately）， so I usually am more into the plot and character development which leaves us with kind of half of the book to work with。 I was kind of anxious about the "fall for my ex-big brother" thing because family is everything to me and I just can fathom it。 And ok， her ex was a a****** so we can 'kind of' accept it （which leads us back to 'why did she waste so much time on him'）。 Overall， it's a good read because Beck's mind it's sometimes poetic， and it's cool to see what he thinks sometimes （not all the time， because he needs to scrub his mind with soap）。 And he came up with one of the craziest plans I've ever seen。 No one can't say he doesn't go to the greatest length for what he wants， and that for the most part， he was pretty honest all the time。 And in this case， he wants Violet。 。。。more

LOVED this book！ I was thoroughly shocked by how much I enjoyed reading this story。 I enjoyed the dynamic between the two main characters of Margo and Beck。 The banter was a good mix of sass/sarcasm with the right amount of spice that made my jaw drop a few times。 Let's just say。。。Beck has a mouth on him。 *insert side eye/smirk* Their story was so adorable with the main tropes being ex-boyfriend's brother and love at first site （let's not forget billionaire too）。 He falls first HARD but she has LOVED this book！ I was thoroughly shocked by how much I enjoyed reading this story。 I enjoyed the dynamic between the two main characters of Margo and Beck。 The banter was a good mix of sass/sarcasm with the right amount of spice that made my jaw drop a few times。 Let's just say。。。Beck has a mouth on him。 *insert side eye/smirk* Their story was so adorable with the main tropes being ex-boyfriend's brother and love at first site （let's not forget billionaire too）。 He falls first HARD but she has no idea and decides to help him with a favor。 As the story goes on， you start to wonder about a few secrets to events that the MCs allude to。 Some of these secrets do play a big part in the story later on。 I did feel that the story was a little predictable at times but it did NOT take away from the characters or the story for me。 The spice was SO good in this book with having tension between the characters at the beginning leading to an explosive moment in the middle of the book。 The spice was equally spread through out the book so I never felt that the spice was too much or I was left with wanting more。 Overall， I would DEFINITELY recommend this book！ 。。。more
