Very insightful book! And very well written, haven't been reading for a while and read it all in one sitting。 The vulnerability & entertainment at the same time helped a lot in staying focused on everything the entire time! Emphasized the importance of communication and valuing each others feelings which I find very important! Very insightful book! I just spent the afternoon with this book, and it is so relatable。 I got my diagnosis last year - parts of this book had me in tears - they break down common symptoms, how they affect both sides (ND/NT), and give helpful improvement tips, without using negative language。 Definitely recommend if you experience, or are partnered with someone who experiences, ADHD。 The shame is real and support is everything。 It's a quick read - and worth picking up。 I just spent the afternoon with this book, and it is so relatable。 I got my diagnosis last year - parts of this book had me in tears - they break down common symptoms, how they affect both sides (ND/NT), and give helpful improvement tips, without using negative language。 Definitely recommend if you experience, or are partnered with someone who experiences, ADHD。 The shame is real and support is everything。 It's a quick read - and worth picking up。 。。。more
