2。5/ 5 ⭐️⭐️ -Nothing overly special or interesting about this book
Deborah,
Great reference book, in a simple format so you can refer back to the “just one thing”easily。 Many of the habits/ health suggestions are well-known, but Dr Moseley presents the science backing the change, and suggests how it can be incorporated into your life/day, referencing his own routine。 My fave: Read a book for 30 minutes each day, ideally a work of fiction。 I’m hitting that ball right out of the park 😊
KM-Adelaide,
Really interesting book。 Some of it are things you already know- but Dr Moseley has added the science behind why you should do this as well as his own story。 Im easily adopting quite a few of these! Reading Fiction was very interesting regarding the science。 Of particular note is his talk on triggers and how to get them to work for you。 I finished this book a few days ago, but keep returning to it- thus the 5 stars。
