Summary

Exorcise your destiny in an era-spanning supernatural adventure from manga legend Rumiko Takahashi!

When Nanoka is transported back in time to a supernatural early 20th century, she gets recruited by aloof exorcist Mao。 What thread of fate connects them? Together, they seek answers。。。and kick some demon butt along the way!

As Mao and company begin to uncover Yurako’s true identity, another mystery lands on their doorstep—who or what is causing members of the Kagami family to commit shocking acts of violence? Unfortunately, our friends soon discover the truth in the old saying “No good deed goes unpunished。” Then, when a puppet master gains control of Mao, no one is safe。 Plus, Mao and Nanoka go on…a date?!

This is the only volume so far that’s set me back a bit, not bad by any means。 I just found myself wanting to skim

Part 8 of Mao takes more of a side story approach as the gang tries to solve a mystery surrounding a beast。 I liked this one for its action, the series overall is very good。

What exactly is the Goko clan after? And how do these people keep being resurrected? Love the mystery elements!

Good as always! Excited for the next volume

Sometimes this story gives Inuyasha-Kagome-Kikiyo, but I love it。

Mi piace sempre di più, e ci sono voluti sono 8 volumi perché Nanoka si accorgesse di essere innamorata di Mao, un record in confronto a Kagome 🤣
