Summary

When the Quidditch World Cup is disrupted by Voldemort's rampaging supporters alongside the resurrection of the terrifying Dark Mark, it is obvious to Harry Potter that, far from weakening, Voldemort is getting stronger。 Back at Hogwarts for his fourth year, Harry is astonished to be chosen by the Goblet of Fire to represent the school in the Triwizard Tournament。 The competition is dangerous, the tasks terrifying, and true courage is no guarantee of survival – especially when the darkest forces are on the rise。

This is the 3rd time I have read the Goblet of Fire。 It was the first HP book I read back in the day。 After reading it, I went back and read the first three。 It is one of my favourites, as it has so many characters in it。。。。and I am a big supporter of international magical cooperation。 It is a great HP to read over the holidays because of the Yule Ball! I received the new HP and the Order of the Phoenix for Christmas this year!! This book is definitely one of my favorite books, and is by far my favorite Harry Potter book。 I highly recommend this book, as well as the rest of the Harry Potter books。 Despite it being long, it was so entertaining that it was difficult to put it down。 Overall, it is an astonishing book, and I recommend that everyone reads this at least once in their lifetime。

Really enjoyed this one, the movie is actually my least favourite of the series but I think this book is so much better!

Absolutely brilliant book, the first one that gets a properly dark storyline and it’s so intriguing and enthralling to the end。 Loved it

Not my favourite book out of the series (so far), I think it was a bit too long and boring, although lots of suspense and twists at the end

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 Die battle tussen Harry en Vollie is wel vet geschreven aan het einde。 Goed verfilmd ook dat。 Kan wel waarderen hoe veel beter Krenck Juniors verhaal wordt verantwoord in het boek, met oa hoe hij Azkaban is ontsnapt。 Ook nice hoe goed Droebels argumenten zijn voor het niet herrezen zijn van Voldemort。 Wel beetje wappie, maar alsnog begrijpelijk。 En Snapes dubbelrol wordt al geteased in dit boek, ook nice

This was much better than the film in my opinion because there was a lot more information of the ‘why’ things happened。 In the film, there was quite a bit that was left to interpretation so I know actually know lots more。 Easy, fun listen to the audiobook。 Looking forward to order of the Phoenix and patiently waiting for more of Ginny!

Inte många så här pass tjocka böcker som kan fängsla en åttaåring。 För det ska den ha en extra stjärna。

Okay obviously not the first time I've read this book, but re-reading it has reminded me of several of my favorite quotes not just in Harry Potter but in literature。 See below: "If you want to know what a mans like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals。" "It matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be!" (Possibly my favorite quote of all time, I quote this regularly。) "We are only as strong as we are united, as weak as we are divided [。。。] differences of Okay obviously not the first time I've read this book, but re-reading it has reminded me of several of my favorite quotes not just in Harry Potter but in literature。 See below: "If you want to know what a mans like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals。" "It matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be!" Up until now, the stakes have been high, but in an intangible sort of way。 This book ratchets everything up a notch。 A bit long, but rightfully so。 Amazing read。
