He’s done it once again。 This light-hearted book is one I’ll refer to on a regular basis to remind me of what’s good in life。 I pre-ordered and it came early， so I was able to read all of this twice already。 I love that he took his readers’ awesomeness and included it！

I have been following Neil Pasricha since I saw him present at a conference about 3 years ago。 Neil’s new book “Our Book of Awesome” noting those simple moments of awesomeness that he observes and those shared awesome contributions from the community has come out at just the right time。In a post-covid world that is filled with too many negative messages and images， high job stress and all the challenges that life throws at us I find myself eagerly anticipating the daily Awesome email from Neil a I have been following Neil Pasricha since I saw him present at a conference about 3 years ago。 Neil’s new book “Our Book of Awesome” noting those simple moments of awesomeness that he observes and those shared awesome contributions from the community has come out at just the right time。In a post-covid world that is filled with too many negative messages and images， high job stress and all the challenges that life throws at us I find myself eagerly anticipating the daily Awesome email from Neil and often reach for a copy of one of his earlier Awesome books flip to a random page and take a moment to breath and reset。 This new book like its predecessors is not a book that I read page after page， it is better to open to a random page and read the awesome message on it， some messages make me laugh， some make me smile， and some make me groan – for those pages I just flip to another random page until I at least smile。Thank you Neil for this newest edition of awesomeness and the daily awesome email， these snippets of gratitude are great for lifting your spirit and every so often give you wings to soar。 。。。more

Neil Pasricha is a wonderful author and an amazing human being。 His story of how he turned his life around after a number of crushing challenges is truly inspiring。 I loved his Happiness Equation （first book I ever read for him）。 His books of “AWESOME” offer readers so much small things to be grateful for。 I am super excited to devour his lates book: Our Book of Awesome as this could be his best work yet。

I've been a longtime follower of this author since his blog had started， pretty much， so I was delighted to read an early copy of this book sent by him。 OUR Book of Awesome follows the same format as Neil's other AWESOME books - tiny moments of awesome that he's noticed through everyday life， but there are additional awesome things added by the community/followers and there are some comments on some of the awesome things that made this a fun read。 There are some "awesomes" that resonate after ou I've been a longtime follower of this author since his blog had started， pretty much， so I was delighted to read an early copy of this book sent by him。 OUR Book of Awesome follows the same format as Neil's other AWESOME books - tiny moments of awesome that he's noticed through everyday life， but there are additional awesome things added by the community/followers and there are some comments on some of the awesome things that made this a fun read。 There are some "awesomes" that resonate after our collective COVID experience， and many more I relate to now as a parent。 I enjoy these types of books that can be read over several （or many） sittings because there are just glimpses of little everyday things I maybe experience but don't consider at the time because life has a routine way of flowing along。 Books like this one remind me to focus on the little happenings around me that make life better， more meaningful， or just awesome。 A few that I really resonated with: a library book finally being on the shelf after you'd placed a hold on it months ago， watching your favourite movie with someone who hasn't seen it before （the same could be applied to a favourite book！）， seeing kids reading in the hallway， when the categories on Jeopardy line up with your interests， and making line-up friends （one of which I made this year at an author event！）。 I don't want to spoil too many of these， but there are so many good ones。This book is a treat & would make an excellent Christmas gift for other like-minded individuals who enjoy snippets of awesome。 Thank you again to the author for the advanced copy for review - I look forward to lending it out :） 。。。more

An excellent book for reflecting on the little things and practicing gratitude。 I read this book in small chunks， savoring and reflecting on each of the awesome things。 Each item is accompanied by a short word image or story that makes them feel so real and at times nostalgic。 A great book for lifting your mood and feeling good。 AWESOME！！
