Great early reader graphic novel with amazing illustrations!

This is such a cute story of a sleepwalking girl。 We really enjoyed the personalities of the animals and the art style is very charming。 Our girls instantly fell in love with it!

I liked the ending and that the mole was following the bear and that the mole liked the bear because of the little heart。 I also liked how the mom at the end yelled TIPPY! And the first part was all messy and Tippy tried to push the pig out and how the mom tried to shoo the snake away。 I also liked the pictures。

Young Tippy can never explain how her room gets so messy every night。 All she can remember is falling asleep。 Cute tale about imagination and nocturnal wanderings。

I loved following Tippy on her nighttime journeys where she inadvertently creates a collection of wild animals! This was a charming 3 minute escape--

Some of the illustrations in this book are strange, but the story is about imagination and is cute。

Tippy and the Night Parade begins with a young girl being scolded by her mother for the wild mess in her bedroom。 This is not your run-of-the-mill messy room, however。 There are wild animals crawling all over! Her mother helps her clean up and asks her not to let it happen again。 Tippy agrees, but she does not remember how it even got that way。 All she can remember is falling asleep。。。This book is a superb way to introduce young children to graphic novels。 It is a simple read, but it really hits Tippy and the Night Parade begins with a young girl being scolded by her mother for the wild mess in her bedroom。 This is not your run-of-the-mill messy room, however。 There are wild animals crawling all over! This graphic novel is unconventional with its melodramatic color schemes; orange/pink during the day and blue for the night。 Readers have fun guessing what Tippy does at night to make her room such a mess as she tries to remember。 The illustrations lend themselves to be more sophisticated and the various sound effects and dialogue throughout the story add to the humor that Carré was going for。 This would be a fun read aloud for students because they could be able to guess along with Tippy as she This graphic novel is unconventional with its melodramatic color schemes; orange/pink during the day and blue for the night。 Readers have fun guessing what Tippy does at night to make her room such a mess as she tries to remember。 The illustrations lend themselves to be more sophisticated and the various sound effects and dialogue throughout the story add to the humor that Carré was going for。 This would be a fun read aloud for students because they could be able to guess along with Tippy as she tries to remember what happened。Format: Graphic novel 。。。more

Tippy awakens to a messy room filled with animals。 Clean this mess up, her mother commands。 Poor Tippy has no clue why this happens。 All she remembers, she protests, is falling asleep。 And thus begins a charming adventure as she tries to piece together what might have happened after she closed her eyes。 The illustrations are delightful; the details add personality to the creatures she encounters。 The text rounds out this treat of a read。
