Great as a list of suggestions for 30 day challenges, but terrible at giving any realistic guidance。 Want to do 30Days of yoga? Cool… pay for 30 days of yoga!

Great book full of ideas to incentivize you to step out of your comfort zone and try something new。 Very eclectic, and not every idea will appeal to everyone, but that's also the charm of this book。 Great book full of ideas to incentivize you to step out of your comfort zone and try something new。 Very eclectic, and not every idea will appeal to everyone, but that's also the charm of this book。 。。。more

This was an interesting read。 There are a couple of prompts throughout this book that I am going to try。 This was a helpful book。 I'm looking forward to trying the 30 days of yoga, drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day, the smoothie a day, writing down affirmations, daily journal, decluttering, and well anything that would help me become a better version of myself。 I think a lot of these prompts are good starters。 I highly recommend this book to anyone on a journey of self discovery or trying to This was an interesting read。 There are a couple of prompts throughout this book that I am going to try。 This was a helpful book。 I'm looking forward to trying the 30 days of yoga, drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day, the smoothie a day, writing down affirmations, daily journal, decluttering, and well anything that would help me become a better version of myself。 I think a lot of these prompts are good starters。 I highly recommend this book to anyone on a journey of self discovery or trying to become a better version of themselves。 。。。more

This book was concise and easy to get through。 There isn't too much fluff from the author's experiences trying the challenges。 Instead, Casper tends to stick to observations that could be helpful to the reader。 While you can read the book from start to finish very quickly, it is the type of book that is good for going back to reference。 Some of the challenges are self-explanatory through their titles and don't warrant much follow-up。 But for those challenges that involve different steps each of This book was concise and easy to get through。 There isn't too much fluff from the author's experiences trying the challenges。 Instead, Casper tends to stick to observations that could be helpful to the reader。 While you can read the book from start to finish very quickly, it is the type of book that is good for going back to reference。 Some of the challenges are self-explanatory through their titles and don't warrant much follow-up。 But for those challenges that involve different steps each of the thirty days, the author has broken them down into day-by-day steps。 Though you may want to copy the steps down onto a calendar or something similar, you'll see them at a glance on your desk instead of going back to the book every day。 Overall, I think that Rosanna Casper has written an informative book full of actionable advice。 。。。more

Looking for some fun ideas to inspire my kids summer goals。 Audio not the best format, but it was short enough I decided to finish up。 Getting the physical book for them to flip through。

I like lists, what can I say。

I love doing 30 day challenges, and I thought this book had really good suggestions for challenges to try as well as tips on how to go about planning for success and tips on how to complete the challenges。 I got some good ideas on things to try in the future。 My big issues with this book are this: 1) Almost the entire section about food is just a bunch of diet culture mumbo jumbo。 Doing away with sugar for a month: Good。 Worrying about fruit as a source of sugar in your diet: Nope。 The author of I love doing 30 day challenges, and I thought this book had really good suggestions for challenges to try as well as tips on how to go about planning for success and tips on how to complete the challenges。 I got some good ideas on things to try in the future。 My big issues with this book are this: 1) Almost the entire section about food is just a bunch of diet culture mumbo jumbo。 Doing away with sugar for a month: Good。 Worrying about fruit as a source of sugar in your diet: Nope。 The author often references "good" foods and "bad" foods, which seem to come from a place of weight loss。 I don't have space for this kind of thing in my life, so I skipped a lot of them。 However, I really did like the food challenges that were things like trying vegetarianism for a month, cooking all meals at home for a month, or trying a new recipe every day。 2) In the self-care section, the author has a flossing challenge, which is great! However, she mentions flossing AFTER you brush - what?? Who flosses AFTER they brush their teeth?? 3) The end of the book gets kind of wacky, there is a whole section on trying to control your lucid dreams, and for some reason I really just do not believe that the author actually did this or was successful in doing this。 That's just my opinion。 Anyway, I think this is a good book to take the good, and leave the bad。 。。。more

Awe inspiring idea book! This book was an impulse buy and a potential research tool。 Great buy on all counts! I now have a better idea for how to create my own 30-day freebie for my website launch page。 (30 days to tone your vague nerve and reduce anxiety)。 Thanks, Rosanna Casper for this brief but inspiring book!

This is a great compilation of to-dos, to better your life。 Some are easy, some are a bit more involved。 This is a good book for my collection of "improving my life" books。 This is a great compilation of to-dos, to better your life。 Some are easy, some are a bit more involved。 This is a good book for my collection of "improving my life" books。 。。。more

I got this book right before New Years Eve and it was a great time to contemplate all the New Year’s Eve resolutions I will make and then give up on the 2nd January。 Most of them are obvious (don’t eat any added sugar) but some are a little left field (don’t watch or read the news for 30 days - for this one her husband watched sports instead of news???)

Good lists of habits to take on, but found pointers/tips to be pretty basic

2020 has been a vicious year so far。 As I'm approaching the halfway point, I've decided that July will begin a reset of sorts。 I had this book in my library quarantine pile because I meant to start a few challenges at the start of the year。 Six months later, I'm finally cracking this book open。 I really dig this book because it's forthright in its goal。 The book has 60 options of a 30 day challenge that focus on aspects of mind, body, soul, and surroundings。 I'd recommend this book to anyone loo 2020 has been a vicious year so far。 As I'm approaching the halfway point, I've decided that July will begin a reset of sorts。 I had this book in my library quarantine pile because I meant to start a few challenges at the start of the year。 Six months later, I'm finally cracking this book open。 I really dig this book because it's forthright in its goal。 The book has 60 options of a 30 day challenge that focus on aspects of mind, body, soul, and surroundings。 I'd recommend this book to anyone looking to get out of a rut and willing to do the work 。。。more

This was a light, fun read without a whole lot of new information, packaged with a vivid, graphic style。

Great challenges in the book, fast read。

This book is really meant to be a guide to give you ideas to challenge yourself。 It’s broken down into multiple chapters, each with different topics such as organization and productivity in one chapter, self care, or networking and relationships。 The format of this book is best served via written word。
