This was such a cute read and a very interesting meet cute！ I loved the way Izzy and Blake met and how they couldn’t resist each other。 The banter and the wit was excellent。 I especially enjoyed seeing the way their friendship developed and the way they tried to navigate the professional and personal relationship。 However， I didn’t enjoy the writing， whilst there a few informal moments， there were a bit too many for my liking （I think Gawdddddd was used multiple times）。 Also， the relationship tu This was such a cute read and a very interesting meet cute！ I loved the way Izzy and Blake met and how they couldn’t resist each other。 The banter and the wit was excellent。 I especially enjoyed seeing the way their friendship developed and the way they tried to navigate the professional and personal relationship。 However， I didn’t enjoy the writing， whilst there a few informal moments， there were a bit too many for my liking （I think Gawdddddd was used multiple times）。 Also， the relationship turns to instant love， a bit too quickly for my liking， I would have loved to have seen it develop a little more slowly。 I would recommend if you’re a fan of a quick read， HEA and love great banter and chemistry between the two MCs！ 。。。more

Definitely cute。 But I also experienced a lot of second hand embarrassment due to Isabella’s lack of chill。 Isabella is so chaotic and I love her。 I actually liked the conflict in this story and I really for Blake toward the end。 Even I was unsure of how to best handle that situation professionally。 But I think he did the best he could do in that particular situation。So cute though。 Definitely 3 starssss！

⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️My first book by Lynn painter and I did enjoy it。 It’s just a really cute read with two characters meeting and having a connection immediately！ What I love the most is the easy banter and friendship between Izzy & Blake。 I was smiling and laughing a lot！ Although they were too sweet sometimes I found myself groaning in jealousy 😂The story is fast paced but you really feel the chemistry between the characters！ It was just the perfect light fun sweet read！

the dialogue/witty banter reminded me of mr。 wrong number in a very good way， but overall the romance fell flat to me。 all this tension and build up for them to be texting mid sex scene felt childish。
