Summary

The highly anticipated new release from the groundbreaking, New York Times best-selling author of Medical Medium

Experience the next level of medical revelations。 Packed with information you won’t find anywhere else about the Unforgiving Four—the threats responsible for the rise of illness—and the miraculous power of food to heal, this book gives you the ability to become your own health expert, so you can protect yourself, friends, family, and loved ones from symptoms, suffering, and disease。 Unleash the hidden powers of fruits and vegetables and transform your life in the process。

ANTHONY WILLIAM, the Medical Medium, has helped tens of thousands of people heal from ailments that have been misdiagnosed or ineffectively treated—or that medical communities can’t resolve。 And he’s done it all by listening to a divine voice that literally speaks into his ear, telling him what is at the root of people’s pain or illness and what they need to do to be restored to health。

In his first book, the New York Times bestseller Medical Medium, Anthony revealed how you can treat dozens of illnesses with targeted healing regimens in which nutrition plays a major role。 Medical Medium Life-Changing Foods delves deeper into the healing power of over 50 fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices, and wild foods that can have an extraordinary effect on health。 Anthony explains each food’s properties, the symptoms and conditions it can help relieve or heal, and the emotional and spiritual benefits it brings。 And he offers delicious recipes to help you enjoy each food’s maximum benefit, from sweet potatoes with braised cabbage stuffing to honey-coconut ice cream。

YOU’LL DISCOVER:

Why wild blueberries are the “resurrection food,” asparagus is the fountain of youth, and lemons can lift your spirits when you’ve had bad news
The best foods to eat to relieve gallstones, hypertension, brain fog, thyroid issues, migraines, and hundreds more symptoms and conditions
The particular healing powers of kiwis, cucumbers, cat’s claw, coconut, and much more
Insight into cravings, how to use stress to your advantage, and the key role fruit plays in fertility

Anthony William is an angel, after reading his first book, Medical Medium, and drinking celery juice every morning like he suggests my acid reflux has almost gone, it's just been 3 weeks so far but I had great results after 1 week and will keep this up probably for life, I just know it's doing me the world of good! It's not often a book about food is interesting enough to read from cover to cover, I usually skim through hoping to find anything new, at all。 But this one was not only interesting, but I also found a smile on my face while reading his analogies about what each superfood brings to our lives in the emotional support and spiritual lessons entries for each featured food。 It listed symptoms like a homeopathic materia medica, which I found refreshing。 In our pill-popper world, most health books ment It's not often a book about food is interesting enough to read from cover to cover, I usually skim through hoping to find anything new, at all。 But this one was not only interesting, but I also found a smile on my face while reading his analogies about what each superfood brings to our lives in the emotional support and spiritual lessons entries for each featured food。 It listed symptoms like a homeopathic materia medica, which I found refreshing。 In our pill-popper world, most health books mention what vitamins and minerals certain foods offer, but unless you know what not getting the food's benefits feels or looks like, most don't understand what they need or where to get it。 This explains food benefits from a new, helpful perspective。I will keep this on my shelf for some much needed redirection when I start feeling challenged by my circumstances and "quick and easy" options。 。。。more

a great resource book for choosing certain foods to benefit your health。

I was a bit sceptical about the sprit aspect mentioned in the book, apart from that the entire book was suggesting us to eat healthily。 It even showed simple recipes too。 The author urges us to include more of soul foods (Fruits, Vegetables, Wild berries & Herbs)。 It also reminds us of how important food is in defining our health。 A simple read which could make cautious about your food choices。

When I picked this up, I didn't realise that the author doesn't have any sort of formal qualifications in healthcare or nutrition but I became suspicious when, in the first chapter, I read that I wouldn't find any scientific data to back the information up as he relies on Spirit for insights。I don't disagree with the overall message; certain things we encounter in our lives can be really harmful and we should avoid them, but I was out as soon as I read that one should speak to their produce "lik When I picked this up, I didn't realise that the author doesn't have any sort of formal qualifications in healthcare or nutrition but I became suspicious when, in the first chapter, I read that I wouldn't find any scientific data to back the information up as he relies on Spirit for insights。I don't disagree with the overall message; certain things we encounter in our lives can be really harmful and we should avoid them, but I was out as soon as I read that one should speak to their produce "like the dear ones they are" 。。。more

I gotta say。 I didn't finish this one。 I was really excited about it because I'm planning on going vegan and was looking through books about veganism and plant-based diets。 this book was interesting in the beginning, it talked about radiation, pollution, and stuff like that。 but he claims all his info comes from Spirit, which i simply do not believe in。 it also paints vegans and plant-based eaters as these spiritual people and stuff。 which isn't true for everyone。 there's also a lot of shade thr I gotta say。 I didn't finish this one。 I was really excited about it because I'm planning on going vegan and was looking through books about veganism and plant-based diets。 this book was interesting in the beginning, it talked about radiation, pollution, and stuff like that。 but he claims all his info comes from Spirit, which i simply do not believe in。 it also paints vegans and plant-based eaters as these spiritual people and stuff。 which isn't true for everyone。 there's also a lot of shade thrown towards science and medicine。 in the beginning, he claims he respects scientists and doctors, yet whenever he gives a piece of information he coats it with "science is non-conclusive" or "science has yet to discover this" and it's really irritating so i didn't bother with it。the information about the fruits and vegetables themselves was interesting but given the fact that he doesn't give any sources behind this information besides "SpIrIT," i don't trust any of it and will be making my own research。 。。。more

I think the best thing is the reminder that fruits are not as bad as candy。 I get in this sugar free craze because that mess is so addictive。

Where to begin: After perusing this several times and finally reading (most of it)。 This read like an encyclopedia of the fantastic。The first several chapters were long & drawn out with so much (too much) information that it was mind-boggling。 The writing was also didactic。。。So while I certainly agree that fresh food certainly has a major effect on the health of our bodies, this was just all too much for me。 In fact parts of the book were redundant, and that was boring。The chapters on food were Where to begin: After perusing this several times and finally reading (most of it)。 This read like an encyclopedia of the fantastic。The first several chapters were long & drawn out with so much (too much) information that it was mind-boggling。 The writing was also didactic。。。So while I certainly agree that fresh food certainly has a major effect on the health of our bodies, this was just all too much for me。 In fact parts of the book were redundant, and that was boring。The chapters on food were Fruits, Vegetables, herbs/Spices, & Wild Foods。Each food had several pages dedicated to it's healing & spiritual properties but only one (1) recipe。 Some of the recipes were quite enticing; Pomegranate Bark, Apricot Bars, Cinnamon baked Pears, & Sweet Potatoes Stuffed with Red Cabbage。There was a lot of information on juicing and the use of spices。I marked this book down because it was overwhelming & boring 。。。more

While this book is full of great information that promotes healthy eating it is not fact based。 I do consider this to be insightful, but I do warn to reader to take it at their own risk。 I personally do not believe in the medium part and as a Christian I almost feel guilty even reading this。 Its really a matter of personal beliefs/interpretation

Although I had to keep Google handy and look up a lot of technical terms, this book really helps get to know the power of the fruits and vegetables and the nuts that you consume。

Something so beautiful and spiritual about each food now。

This book has the power to get you really excited about fruit and vegetables。 The sceptic in me says: does it really affect all those ailments mentioned positively?

I had heard of the Medical Medium through people posting about it on Instagram。 He is not a doctor。。。 but listens to the Spirit of the Most High about health conditions of the people around him。 That sounds hokey, but he I was drawn in。 Very interesting information。 I needed to read this!1。 The Unforgiving Four (radiation, toxic heavy metals, the viral explosion, and DDT) 2。 The Holy Four (antioxidants, glucose, mineral salts, B12) The layout of this book was straightforward and you can jump aro I had heard of the Medical Medium through people posting about it on Instagram。 He is not a doctor。。。 but listens to the Spirit of the Most High about health conditions of the people around him。 That sounds hokey, but he I was drawn in。 Very interesting information。 I needed to read this!1。 The Unforgiving Four (radiation, toxic heavy metals, the viral explosion, and DDT) 2。 The Holy Four (antioxidants, glucose, mineral salts, B12) The layout of this book was straightforward and you can jump around and go back。 There are recipes and tips that are practical for the healing powers of fruits and vegetables。 。。。more

The only person that will benefit if you buy this book is the author。 He pretends to be a medic and a medium (he is neither) in order to sell books to the vulnerable。
