Once they found out how to switch it on, the children loved it。 Hope it will teach them to listen to classical music。(Thanks to Net Galley for this Amazing Book)。

Such a great history and wide overview of various music styles! It's diverse and spans a wide time of history。 I wish I had the physical version to press the button and actually hear the music that was presented! It has full page and beautiful illustrations as well! Thanks to netgalley for a free copy in exchange for an honest review! Such a great history and wide overview of various music styles! Thanks to Netgalley and Quarto for the ARC of this! There is so much that I loved about this : the art style, the diversity of composers and music types, and the overall readability。 I was really disappointed to see the G**** slur included in this modern book for children, even though it was describing the plot of a famous play, I think they could have chosen to not use the full word or to swap it for a different one。 We had to pop back and forth to look up songs as the ebook had them listed in Thanks to Netgalley and Quarto for the ARC of this! I thought that this was a really great idea for a book。I liked the mix of music that was chosen and that there were some lesser well-known as well as the famous composers in there too but it wasn’t pitched right for me as its not suitable for the age range with them being young readers。 It would be a great introduction to composers but I think it needs a few tweaks。It is 3 stars from me for this one

I think this book is a very fun idea for exposing kids to music/music from around the world! I think music is a great tool for children and I know how important singing and story time is for young kids。 This book reminds me of the Vox books we have at the library and those are a huge hit with kids and parents so I think this is something that will do very well and I loved that it included music from different places around the world and different time periods。 My only complaint is that the langu I think this book is a very fun idea for exposing kids to music/music from around the world!
