Wow！ Priscilla Shirer never disappoints！ This Bible study of Elijah is so personal and meaningful， especially after a year of many disappointments and fears。 I’ve always loved the story of Elijah in the Old Testament， but I never knew him like I feel I do after completing this study。 God is so good to him。 He protects him， uses him to display His power， and even whispers to him during a period of extreme discouragement and depression。 I would highly recommend this study to anyone who wants to se Wow！ Priscilla Shirer never disappoints！ This Bible study of Elijah is so personal and meaningful， especially after a year of many disappointments and fears。 I’ve always loved the story of Elijah in the Old Testament， but I never knew him like I feel I do after completing this study。 God is so good to him。 He protects him， uses him to display His power， and even whispers to him during a period of extreme discouragement and depression。 I would highly recommend this study to anyone who wants to see and experience the glory of the Lord in 2021。 An added feature is an Instagram account called Elijah Online Bible Study where Priscilla Shirer hosts live videos for the people participating in the study。 For me， this was an incredible addition。 I do a lot of Bible studies， but I’m not always thrilled about the “homework。” I have to say with this study， I never missed a day， and I always watched the videos on the first day they were available。 Check it out。 You won’t be sorry。 。。。more

This book did an amazing job presenting life application and submission to the great commission。 Before reading this book I had just breezed over Elijah’s story， stopping only briefly too observe his depressed state toward the end。 This book helped to shine a light in my heart and expose some cobwebs of complacency。

You can tell how intentional Priscilla was in her studies while writing this study。 It was cool to look at the whole story of Elijah， and how God worked through every stage of it。 So glad God allows us to be a small part of his story。

I loved this Bible study！ Not only does Priscilla write well and engage people well， it’s also a topic that can reach all women。 It talks a lot about different seasons in Elijah’s life that can be similar to seasons we go through， and the purpose each one can bring。
