I use this little book daily for personal prayer and for intercession for those going through spiritual trials。 I've tabbed the prayers I use regularly （prayers against temptation， prayer to protect faculties， a consecration prayer， litany of humility， etc。）。 Not every prayer in here is appropriate for me though （ie。 For cardinal and occult spirits） and I would highly recommend ***first asking a spiritual director if it would be fruitful for you to use。*** It is helpful to have all of these pray I use this little book daily for personal prayer and for intercession for those going through spiritual trials。 I've tabbed the prayers I use regularly （prayers against temptation， prayer to protect faculties， a consecration prayer， litany of humility， etc。）。 Not every prayer in here is appropriate for me though （ie。 For cardinal and occult spirits） and I would highly recommend ***first asking a spiritual director if it would be fruitful for you to use。*** It is helpful to have all of these prayers in one place， and I have taped in more prayers that I pray daily for convenience （for example， the prayer to take authority endorsed by Monsignor John Esseff， and an act of adoration on behalf of priests）。 I am of the opinion that if you have trouble with scrupulosity this book has the potential to be more harmful than helpful。 I too would have liked to see more instruction， but I know that would have made this book significantly longer and less accessible。 Perhaps a manual in addition to this prayer book？ 。。。more
