This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 🌟4。25🌟Me ha gustado más de lo que esperaba！ No soy muy de romance contemporáneo pero este libro me ha gustado mucho。 Me gustaría que hubiese más libros de Jas e Iván para ampliar la historia o al menos que el libro fuese mas largo， cosa que no me habría molestado porque me gustaría que hubiera desarrollado mas el después de la primera competición y daría lo que fuera por tener la escena del photoshoot desde el POV de Iván JAJAJAJA。Ha habido algunos momentos en los que lukov era un poco pesado e 🌟4。25🌟Me ha gustado más de lo que esperaba！ No soy muy de romance contemporáneo pero este libro me ha gustado mucho。 Me gustaría que hubiese más libros de Jas e Iván para ampliar la historia o al menos que el libro fuese mas largo， cosa que no me habría molestado porque me gustaría que hubiera desarrollado mas el después de la primera competición y daría lo que fuera por tener la escena del photoshoot desde el POV de Iván JAJAJAJA。Ha habido algunos momentos en los que lukov era un poco pesado e incluso sobreprotector como si Jasmine no pudiera arreglarselas sola pero bueno， lo dejo pasar porque nadie es perfecto y a ella no le molestaba。 Otra cosa que no me gustó nada fue el apodo de Meatball， se me hacia cringy y malintencionado al principio。 Esas dos razones son por las que no tiene cinco estrellas pero desde luego para ser No-ficción me ha sorprendido lo que lo he disfrutado。 Se me ha hecho incluso corto， ójala leer 1000 páginas más de enemies to friends to lovers sobre hielo⛸️💐💜 。。。more

En general es un libro que te deja con el corazón calentito， los personajes están muy bien construidos （sobre todo Jasmine， la protagonista， que sufre una evolución increíble）， el interés amoroso es un chico 10。。 PERO se me ha hecho una historia muuuuuy larga。 Se enredaba demasiado con detalles innecesarios， describiendo cada acción， cada reacción， cada flashback al pasado （que al principio estaban bien para conocer a los personajes， pero cuando vamos por la página 200 ya cansa un poco。。。）。 O al En general es un libro que te deja con el corazón calentito， los personajes están muy bien construidos （sobre todo Jasmine， la protagonista， que sufre una evolución increíble）， el interés amoroso es un chico 10。。 PERO se me ha hecho una historia muuuuuy larga。 Se enredaba demasiado con detalles innecesarios， describiendo cada acción， cada reacción， cada flashback al pasado （que al principio estaban bien para conocer a los personajes， pero cuando vamos por la página 200 ya cansa un poco。。。）。 O almenos así lo he sentido yo。 Es un slow-burn en toda regla， pero slow slow slow。 Y no en el buen sentido， por desgracia para mí。。。El final me ha dejado con un buen sabor de boca， eso sí。 Aunque me he quedado con la sensación de que podrían recortarse unas 200 páginas del libro。。。 。。。more

3。75/5 （si je fermais les yeux sur certains détails， j’aurais pu mettre 4 👀） Doooonc très bonne surprise celui-ci ！ C’était un peu le livre de la dernière chance avec MZ， la pression était grande， mais ça m’a réussi。 Je pense que c’est mon préféré d’elle， directement en compétition avec the wall of winnipeg and me。 Il y a quand même des défauts， let’s go。 Déjà， si on ne m’avait pas dit que les personnages avaient 26 et 30， je ne l’aurais jamais cru car ils sont pas très très matures… mais on leu 3。75/5 （si je fermais les yeux sur certains détails， j’aurais pu mettre 4 👀） Doooonc très bonne surprise celui-ci ！ C’était un peu le livre de la dernière chance avec MZ， la pression était grande， mais ça m’a réussi。 Je pense que c’est mon préféré d’elle， directement en compétition avec the wall of winnipeg and me。 Il y a quand même des défauts， let’s go。 Déjà， si on ne m’avait pas dit que les personnages avaient 26 et 30， je ne l’aurais jamais cru car ils sont pas très très matures… mais on leur pardonne car ça donne lieu à des échanges franchement hilarants entre eux， j’ai beaucoup aimé cet aspect là ！ Jasmine est une grumpy， parfois un peu trop mais ça change。 Ivan par contre euuuh… bah je l’ai pas des masses apprécié。 Certaines de ses réactions m’ont carrément tendue。 [léger spoil dans la phrase qui suit] Quand il apprend par exemple que Jasmine est victime de harcèlement， il ne trouve rien de mieux à faire que de lui gueuler dessus comme si elle en était responsable ？ allô ？ j’avais envie de le buter。 Il a ses moments mignons mais en vrai nan il est pas ouf。 Au niveau de la plume， c’était pas dingue non plus。 Le mot « blink » j’peux plus me le voir en peinture sérieux， y a pas à le répéter 191 fois （j’ai vérifié）。 Et les périphrases à tout va c’est noooon c’était si lourd ！ Mais ce sont des problèmes récurrents chez MZ pour le coup。 J’avoue que je suis partagée sur l’aspect sportif du roman。 D’un côté， j’ai adoré suivre leurs entraînements， perso j’y connais rien hein mais j’ai eu la sensation que MZ s’est bien renseignée。 On pouvait ressentir la pression du sport， l’envie et le besoin de faire toujours plus et de repousser les limites， mais également la recherche de confiance en son partenaire。 Ça c’était trop cool ！ J’aurais juste du coup voulu en voir davantage sur les prouesses techniques， quelque chose de plus visuel， notamment leur représentation finale， pour avoir les images en tête et m’émerveiller。 En gros， il y a beaucoup de positif mais chaque élément est contrasté。 L’un dans l’autre ça reste une lecture que j’ai aimé et que j’ai dévoré， car il y a eu des passages adorables， de l’humour， une tension qui fonctionne pour une fois， de l’importance donnée à la famille… Autant de points qui m’ont permis de réellement accrocher ！ 。。。more

This should be marketed as contemporary fiction not romance first。 I think the book could’ve been 5 stars if 200 pages were cut out。 It didn’t need to be this long and the plot didn’t pick up til the last less than 100 pages。 They trained for over 400 pages and the actual competitions were less than 5 pages。 Love Jasmine and I will defend her with my life she is a “this is me trying” character to her core and I love her。 Kinda sad bc everyone loves this book but I thought it was okay
