Summary

Ok this was a feel good story I guess。 Like all the characters went to war so now see how they coupe with the aftermath。 But I have to say that some decisions and confrontations made me question if I still like these characters。 I know Tamlin has done a lot of shit but who hasn't? And he is on the rock bottom and Rhy and Fyere just keep hitting him。 Same with Lucien and Nesta。 That's why just three stars。 Ok this was a feel good story I guess。 Like all the characters went to war so now see how they coupe with the aftermath。 But I have to say that some decisions and confrontations made me question if I still like these characters。 I know Tamlin has done a lot of shit but who hasn't? I actually really enjoyed this book, I thought it was nice seeing the inner circle celebrating together and continuing to grow。。 it wasn’t my favourite of the series but I still enjoyed it all the same

So I got this book last year, and I just finished it now。 I put it down, and I picked it back up, and then I put it down, and because there was something wrong with me I picked it back up。 Even though I was done with A Court of Silver Flames。This book added nothing to the story。 Nothing。 There were some hints dropped about ACOSF, which I only knew because I read ACOSF already。 But for the people who haven't read it? Well-And even though I didn't read this before ACOSF, I understood everything。 S So I got this book last year, and I just finished it now。 I put it down, and I picked it back up, and then I put it down, and because there was something wrong with me I picked it back up。 Even though I was done with A Court of Silver Flames。This book added nothing to the story。 Nothing。 There were some hints dropped about ACOSF, which I only knew because I read ACOSF already。 But for the people who haven't read it? Ehh book was just ok compared to the others in the series。 Not really much content to get excited about mostly just stories of the characters。

This was definitely not as good as the rest。 It really seemed like a quick way to tie up lose ends so the focus can be on other characters。 This book just lacked all the parts of the previous books that made the series so enjoyable。

This book feels like fanfic in the best possible way。 Like the Sarah J。 Maas reflected on the war and terror these characters had gone through and felt they all deserved a holiday。 And it’s perfect。 After the high tensions of the last few in the series, it was so sweet watching them settle into the inner circle of the Night Court settle into life after the war。 Nesta drove me crazy, her coldness seemed too much, but also with the trauma she’s went through, it made sense。 It just was a little ove This book feels like fanfic in the best possible way。 Like the Sarah J。 Maas reflected on the war and terror these characters had gone through and felt they all deserved a holiday。 And it’s perfect。 After the high tensions of the last few in the series, it was so sweet watching them settle into the inner circle of the Night Court settle into life after the war。 Nesta drove me crazy, her coldness seemed too much, but also with the trauma she’s went through, it made sense。 It just was a little over the top still。 The moments between Rhys and Feyre were so sweet too, and I just really enjoyed this book。 Very excited to get into A Court of Silver Flames。 。。。more

I don't really feel like this book was necessary? On its own I didn't love it。 But it was good enough。 I am already reading A Court of Silver Flames and this book provides some important context for that book。 But it just kind of felt like an extended epilogue。 I don't really feel like this book was necessary? I understand that this is a novella。 A filler book。 But I was disappointed to be honest。 Not enough expansion for my liking。 I do like this series but this book was not a winner for me。 Three stars。

A very unnecessary tale in my opinion, which describes only a moment of unity and '' happiness' after the war。 Where Feyre and his gang come together on the winter solstice holiday to spend time together, exchange gifts and celebrate the most throughout the calendar。 It didn’t contribute anything to the trilogy。 I managed to get the tips that led to Nesta’s book A very unnecessary tale in my opinion, which describes only a moment of unity and '' happiness' after the war。 Where Feyre and his gang come together on the winter solstice holiday to spend time together, exchange gifts and celebrate the most throughout the calendar。 It didn’t contribute anything to the trilogy。 I managed to get the tips that led to Nesta’s book 。。。more

Sweet little novel to bridge the gap between the first trilogy and the upcoming one。 Good for refreshing yourself on the characters, their complicated back stories and relationships。 Excited to read the new book as soon as it comes out。

I wasn't sure what I was expecting from this one since I've seen so many mixed reviews, but as a quick filler book, it was fine。 This was the ACOTAR Christmas special and had some fun moments。 It laid the groundwork for ACOSF and gave us some interesting character dynamics。 I think if this was all I had for a few years, I may have been more bitter。 But having this as a quick filler book before tackling ACOSF, I didn't mind it。 I wasn't sure what I was expecting from this one since I've seen so many mixed reviews, but as a quick filler book, it was fine。 This was the ACOTAR Christmas special and had some fun moments。 It laid the groundwork for ACOSF and gave us some interesting character dynamics。 I think if this was all I had for a few years, I may have been more bitter。 But having this as a quick filler book before tackling ACOSF, I didn't mind it。 。。。more

A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J。 Maas。“To the blessed darkness from which we are born, and to which we return。”What a lovely end to this series and a great opening for the next book。 As much I enjoyed this, it reminded me of the ‘holiday special’ episode you get from your favourite television series or movie。It was really nice to have chapters from other characters point of views, the only ones missing were Amren and Azriel’s; both of which I’d love to have read。It was a super sweet, f A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J。 Maas。“To the blessed darkness from which we are born, and to which we return。”What a lovely end to this series and a great opening for the next book。 As much I enjoyed this, it reminded me of the ‘holiday special’ episode you get from your favourite television series or movie。It was really nice to have chapters from other characters point of views, the only ones missing were Amren and Azriel’s; both of which I’d love to have read。It was a super sweet, filler novella and it’s made me excited to crack on with reading ‘A Court of Silver Flames’。 。。。more
