Great book！ Uses correct words for body parts。 Kind of surprised when I saw that， but then pleasantly surprised！

Great Children's BookLaurent tackles a difficult subject with her book。 It teaches about personal space and private parts。 It teaches a child that it is ok to say "no" or "stop" when they feel uncomfortable with various forms of body contact whether it be a hug or something else。 Laurent does mention the medical terms for private parts。 Some parents may not want their children to know those terms， but as a parent， I teach my kids the main terms for the same reason Laurent provides。 I think it is Great Children's BookLaurent tackles a difficult subject with her book。 It teaches about personal space and private parts。 It teaches a child that it is ok to say "no" or "stop" when they feel uncomfortable with various forms of body contact whether it be a hug or something else。 Laurent does mention the medical terms for private parts。 Some parents may not want their children to know those terms， but as a parent， I teach my kids the main terms for the same reason Laurent provides。 I think it is important when your child is describing a touch so you know as a parent the appropriate path to take 。 A great book， and I recommend it。 。。。more
