I already love Sam Copeland and Jenny Pearson books so when I found out they had teamed up for a book， I couldn't wait。 Thankfully it absolutely lives up to all expectations- a great story， fun characters and lots of laugh out loud moments！A great story about friendship and when Lenny and Agatha team up to solve a mystery of the shivers that only they remember at school it brings lots of laughs along the way， along with some strange situations！！Perfect for 8 plus。 I already love Sam Copeland and Jenny Pearson books so when I found out they had teamed up for a book， I couldn't wait。 Thankfully it absolutely lives up to all expectations- a great story， fun characters and lots of laugh out loud moments！A great story about friendship and when Lenny and Agatha team up to solve a mystery of the shivers that only they remember at school it brings lots of laughs along the way， along with some strange situations！！Perfect for 8 plus。 。。。more

It’s no secret I’m a huge Sam Copeland fan ever since I read the Charlie Changes Into a Chicken series。 Copeland’s brand of cute yet devilish humour， the sweetest characters， a very skilfully and sensitively-handled central struggle， and pure heart throughout， is hard to resist。 With The Underpants of Chaos， Copeland teams up with award-winning MG author， Jenny Pearson。 Having never read Pearson’s work before， I knew from her accompanying letter that I was in for a treat。 The resulting tale It’s no secret I’m a huge Sam Copeland fan ever since I read the Charlie Changes Into a Chicken series。 Copeland’s brand of cute yet devilish humour， the sweetest characters， a very skilfully and sensitively-handled central struggle， and pure heart throughout， is hard to resist。 With The Underpants of Chaos， Copeland teams up with award-winning MG author， Jenny Pearson。 Having never read Pearson’s work before， I knew from her accompanying letter that I was in for a treat。 The resulting tale from this talented pair is a wonderfully voicey， wickedly clever， laugh-out-loud， heart-tugging， madcap adventure。 Lenny and Agatha are endlessly entertaining and endearing （no spoilers， but argh I wanted to give Lenny a massive hug！）， and I’m so glad these characters found each other <3The artwork is absolutely inspired and I loved it。 Each page and spread adds so much to the reading pleasure， further enhancing the story。 Both artists， Robin Boyden and Katie Kear， did an amazing job。 A really great choice for this age group and storytelling style， with plenty of fun and clever details to hold interest and spark discussion。Pearson and Copeland hugely complement each other's storytelling styles。 The creative skills at work here are nothing short of inspiring。 Highly recommend！ 。。。more
