There is a 5 hours seminary from Douglas on YouTube which covers most of these topics and it was no point for me to read the book after watching the seminar as he mostly repeats himself。 To my experience， Douglas is better at talking than writing。

The book is good。 It will not teach you to be trader rather it will teach you the mindset required to be a good trader。 Some portions of the book I felt was dragging the topic， but it needed that emphasis。 A must read if you want to understand what mindset you need to be a successful trader or even an investor。
