i can imagine this would be so cathartic as a breakup read but also enjoyed reading it as someone in a relationship。 big fan of the intertextual bits。 if it weren’t for all that probs would have been three stars for enjoyability but i felt like i got something more out of it

The thing I love and respect about Annie’s writing is that she is unapologetically her， self-aware and fkin hilarious。 There is no pretence in her voice。 This memoir really takes us through every pain-staking stage of a breakup。 Of course it can’t speak to everyone’s experience of love and heartache but it certainly spoke to mine。 One for the therapy-loving attachment-style-guessing girlies！
