David and Stephen Flynn have made Vegan Cooking for Everyone the ultimate vegan cookbook of all times。 Brilliantly using framework and scientific approach, each recipe gives you its basic and variation。 Their experience is infused within the recipe highlighting their top-notched cooking techniques。 It even listed recipe with pictures at the end of the book other than the index and acknowledgment of their utmost gratitude。 Worth keeping a copy in your personal library。 Truly vegan cooking book by David and Stephen Flynn have made Vegan Cooking for Everyone the ultimate vegan cookbook of all times。 Brilliantly using framework and scientific approach, each recipe gives you its basic and variation。 Their experience is infused within the recipe highlighting their top-notched cooking techniques。 It even listed recipe with pictures at the end of the book other than the index and acknowledgment of their utmost gratitude。 Worth keeping a copy in your personal library。 Truly vegan cooking book by vegan who understood veganism。 。。。more

This cookbook is incredible - My friends bought me this as a Christmas gift and I've been cooking recipes non-stop since then and I'm yet to be disappointed with any!I'd looked at a bunch of different veggie and vegan cookbooks before Christmas and shortlisted a few of my favourites to a Christmas list。 I'd added the Happy Pear book as I've followed the authors on Social Media for a while and their food always looks incredible。 I was slightly concerned however after reading a couple of reviews t This cookbook is incredible - My friends bought me this as a Christmas gift and I've been cooking recipes non-stop since then and I'm yet to be disappointed with any!I'd looked at a bunch of different veggie and vegan cookbooks before Christmas and shortlisted a few of my favourites to a Christmas list。 I'd added the Happy Pear book as I've followed the authors on Social Media for a while and their food always looks incredible。 I was slightly concerned however after reading a couple of reviews that described the tables and recipes used in the cookbook to be confusing and as I'm not the most confident in the kitchen was worried this might make the recipes too difficult for me to produce。 However, after receiving the book I can tell you that there is nothing confusing about it。 I have actually found the book's layout and the information provided to be some of the best guidance and advice I've had for cooking。 Each section starts with in-depth explanations regarding the main components of different dishes and why they're important which has worked wonders for my own understanding of ingredients in the kitchen。 This, alongside the easy-to-read tables for each recipe has given the Flynn boys the chance to pack this cookbook full of incredible and delicious recipes whilst allowing the reader to truly grow and develop their own understanding of cooking great tasting vegan meals! 10/10 - Everybody should own a copy of this (Not just for vegans!) 。。。more

Got it as a Christmas gift。 I read it whole in 1 day (okay, it's not a novel, it's a cookbook) and I loved the system, ideas and recipes。 When I move on my own, I will definitely take it with me and try to prep food the way the twins describe it。 I believe it will serve me greatly and I see it as my new cooking bible :) Haven't tried the recipes yet, but as they seem delicious, simple and (mostly - depends on what you want to eat) quick, they will come in handy for food (especially breakfast and Got it as a Christmas gift。 I read it whole in 1 day (okay, it's not a novel, it's a cookbook) and I loved the system, ideas and recipes。 When I move on my own, I will definitely take it with me and try to prep food the way the twins describe it。 I believe it will serve me greatly and I see it as my new cooking bible :) Haven't tried the recipes yet, but as they seem delicious, simple and (mostly - depends on what you want to eat) quick, they will come in handy for food (especially breakfast and lunch) preps for work and life。 The book also serves as an idea maker, as the recipes are available in many forms (you have a table for many versatile recipes that can be made in the same way - different oatmeals, chia puddings, soups。。。)。 All in all, I also became a fan of The Happy Pear - they seem awesome :D 。。。more

This is genuinely the BEST cookbook I’ve ever seen or used! Me and my partner have never ever used other cookbook more than this one。 It has so so many incredibly delicious recipes that are simply & astonishingly tasty! And most of the recipes don’t use like 50 different expensive ingredients that after buying them for one recipe you won’t use them again - they are all packed with tasty veg, and great seasoning combinations that most of the people already have in their weekly shopping list。 I’m This is genuinely the BEST cookbook I’ve ever seen or used! What a strange way to create a cookery book! Instead of a list of ingredients there was a sort of chart or graph with the heading 'Recipe' on one axis and 'Breakdown' on the other with sub headings such as 'core veg' 'seasoning' 'liquid' 'basic veg' then other sort of bar charts to show how much liquid or starch was in a dish。 I have no desire to know the fluid content of what I eat and the charts and graphs made it so complicated。 I love looking through cookery books but this looked like really What a strange way to create a cookery book! My repertoire has expanded greatly in the short time I've had this book, thanks to the Flynn's flavour combinations (e。g。 the holy trinity of tamari, maple and apple cider vinegar)。 I've tried quite a few of the recipes so far and have been very happy with the majority。 Their beans and gravy recipes are now my go-tos。 I appreciate what they're doing with the format (serving a cookery training manual while also packing in more recipes) but I have found it quite user unfriendly by times, requiring My repertoire has expanded greatly in the short time I've had this book, thanks to the Flynn's flavour combinations (e。g。 the holy trinity of tamari, maple and apple cider vinegar)。 I've tried quite a few of the recipes so far and have been very happy with the majority。 Their beans and gravy recipes are now my go-tos。 I appreciate what they're doing with the format (serving a cookery training manual while also packing in more recipes) but I have found it quite user unfriendly by times, requiring a lot of page flicking to differentiate between the generic labels of 'flavour agents' and 'seasoning' for example。 It pushes the home cook toward having all ingredients, measured, prepped and ready to go in separate groupings of base veg, core veg, liquids, flavours etc and that's definitely not the right style for me。 But overall, a hugely helpful book with lots of great flavoursome recipes and helpful tips。 。。。more

I love the way this cookbook is organized。 It is very different than most traditional cookbooks with a recipe per page or two。 This book instead offers recipes in a framework that allows for creativity and adjusting yet still works for someone like me, who is not an intuitive cook and likes to follow a recipe or in this case a framework。 I can’t wait to get cooking and will start this week on cooking from this。 I have and loved all of their other cookbooks。
