TW: Strong language， graphic violence （ fight scenes ）， bullyingREAL has quickly become one of my favourite manga series （TOP 3 for sure）！！！ It’s always filled with a whirlwind of emotions。 In Volume 6 ， we spend a lot of time with Hisanobu。 In number 7， we get a lot of Togawa with Nomiya in the mix！ 😩 Togawa is so attractive， why you do this， Inoue sensei？ I’m genuinely surprised with this volume。 The once ‘immature’ Nomiya is grown。 I am in awe。 He’s definitely not the same person he was。 No TW: Strong language， graphic violence （ fight scenes ）， bullyingREAL has quickly become one of my favourite manga series （TOP 3 for sure）！！！ It’s always filled with a whirlwind of emotions。 In Volume 6 ， we spend a lot of time with Hisanobu。 In number 7， we get a lot of Togawa with Nomiya in the mix！ 😩 Togawa is so attractive， why you do this， Inoue sensei？ I’m genuinely surprised with this volume。 The once ‘immature’ Nomiya is grown。 I am in awe。 He’s definitely not the same person he was。 Nomiya is the only able-bodied protagonist in REAL。 He dropped out of high-school & was kicked off his basketball team。 I’ve always wondered about his character。 Is he ever going to play basketball？ He’s not disabled so he can’t join the tigers。 He offered Togawa advice regarding his shooting range。 Togawa improved immensely。 He’s so knowledgeable about basketball。 Is he going to be a coach？？？ There’s some foreshadowing！ Maybe that’s his calling after all？ He mentioned in the volume prior that he is unsure about his future。 Ugh， I love his character development so much！！Also， I noticed that the mangaka has been adding a lot of ‘derpy’ facial expressions for the past few volumes！！！！ LOVE IT。 I WANT MORE。 It’s definitely a nod to Slam Dunk。 Need to continue reading that one too。 😂 Also， welcome to the club， Ryou！ I wonder if he’ll join the Tigers。 He seems like an optimistic lad。 Nomiya has taken him under his wing， seems like。 。。。more

This one is mostly focused on the big tournament game against the Dreams。 New character Ryu comes along to the big Tigers vs Dreams game。 Nomiya told Togawa he doesn’t have an outside game so he puts in some shooting time in the early morning。 Some more tension between Azumi and Togawa about Azumi’s college classmates。。 I think we’re supposed to ship the two of them but I’m not for sure for sure if it will happen。

Este tomo está casi totalmente centrado en Togawa y los Tigers， con un partido muy bueno contra sus rivales， los Dreams， en el que Togawa se juega mucho más que la clasificación a un campeonato。 Además， se nos presenta a un posible nuevo miembro y a través de su visión podemos ver el equipo en el que se van transformando los Tigers。Por otro lado， Nomiya sufre un percance en su camino， lo que se convierte en una oportunidad de repensar las cosas。

Real， Vol。 7 continues where the previous tankōbon left off and collects the next six chapters （37–42） of the ongoing manga series。Kiyoharu Togawa continues to train with the Tokyo Tigers and they get who they are to play in the first round of the tournament – the Choufu Dreams， which Kiyoharu Togawa wants to win with all his heart， because he made a deal with the coach of the Choufu Dreams that if the Tigers win， he would leave him alone， but if the Dreams win – he will join their team。 With th Real， Vol。 7 continues where the previous tankōbon left off and collects the next six chapters （37–42） of the ongoing manga series。Kiyoharu Togawa continues to train with the Tokyo Tigers and they get who they are to play in the first round of the tournament – the Choufu Dreams， which Kiyoharu Togawa wants to win with all his heart， because he made a deal with the coach of the Choufu Dreams that if the Tigers win， he would leave him alone， but if the Dreams win – he will join their team。 With the help of Tomomi Nomiya， Kyoharu Togawa not only finds his own weakness， but to play better as a person and a team。The preliminary game started out slowly for the Tigers when after the first quarter they end up with a score of 8–21。 It wasn’t until Tomomi Nomiya showed up that the game started to turn around for the Tigers as the lead was shortened quite a bit 15–24 （half time） and 45–49 （third quarter）。 However， as one of the Tigers gets injured， they are down a man， and ends up losing the game with a score of 53–73。Besides Tomomi Nomiya being a pseudo-coach for the Tigers， he loses his job at the moving company – this time not anything he did， but the company folded。 Hisanobu Takahashi doesn't appear in this tankōbon。 However， a new character is introduced: Mizushima Ryou – a teenager who recently got in an accident and think that paralyzed people are weak， but after watching the Tigers play， he realized that even people in wheelchair could be strong， perhaps even stronger than able bodied people。This tankōbon is written and illustrated by Takehiko Inoue。 It mainly centers mainly on Kyoharu Togawa as he tries with all his might to succeed with the Tigers – to make the team the best wheelchair basketball team in Japan。 Mizushima Ryou is introduced in this tankōbon as he was mad a Tiger， without him joining officially。 He recently got paralyzed after a motorcycle accident and feels that those in wheelchairs are weaker and inferior， but he soon changes his mind when he sees the Tigers play – in particular Kyoharu Togawa。All in all， Real， Vol。 7 is a wonderful continuation to a series that seems intriguing and I cannot wait to read more。 。。。more

9/10Togawa faces a problem。 We get a classic lesson that hard work doesn’t always pay off in the real world。 This isn’t your typical sports story。
