Summary
Love of music unites the four members of the band Given: hotheaded guitarist Uenoyama， playboy drummer Akihiko， gentle bassist Haruki， and Mafuyu， a singer gifted with great talent and burdened by past tragedy。 Their struggles and conflicts may drive them apart， but their bond to the music—and to each other—always brings them back together again。
Ritsuka Uenoyama is bored with it all—with school， with his basketball club， and even with his one true passion: playing guitar。 That is， until the day he finds his favorite hidden napping spot occupied by a strange boy cradling a broken-stringed guitar。 At first， Uenoyama is nonplussed by Mafuyu Sato and his slightly odd behavior， but when， on a whim， he asks Mafuyu to sing， the power of that song pierces him to the core。

Given， es un manga muy lindo de leer con una adaptación increible。 Entre el medio de guitarras， sonidos y amplificadores crece un amor， entre dos adolescentes， por un lado tenemos a Ritsuka Uenoyama， el tipico rockerito con cara de enojado que va por la vida rompiendo corazones sin ni siquiera intentarlo y por el otro lado encontramos a Sato， un timido adolescente con un pasado triste que decide cargar con una guitarra en su espalda。 En este tomo vemos un poco del pasado de Sato， entendemos un p Given， es un manga muy lindo de leer con una adaptación increible。 Entre el medio de guitarras， sonidos y amplificadores crece un amor， entre dos adolescentes， por un lado tenemos a Ritsuka Uenoyama， el tipico rockerito con cara de enojado que va por la vida rompiendo corazones sin ni siquiera intentarlo y por el otro lado encontramos a Sato， un timido adolescente con un pasado triste que decide cargar con una guitarra en su espalda。 En este tomo vemos un poco del pasado de Sato， entendemos un poco el dolor que carga， el amor que le fue quitado y sobre todo。。。 la tristeza que nunca pudo sacar de adentro suyo， con una voz increible decide unirse a la banda y componer una canción donde pueda sacar todo eso de adentro y darle un mensaje a su amor del pasado。。。 un amor que no solo perdió sentimentalmente sino también fisicamente y para siempre por un suicidio。 Recomiendo leerlo no solo por su historia， no solo por ser un Yaoi， sino por su mensaje， por eso tan importante que nos deja en tan pocos segundos， ese sentimiento de aprovechar el tiempo porque el día de mañana la persona que amamos ya no esta。 "Pensando en cómo es perder todo lo que para uno es importante， es cómo llegué a esta historia" 。。。more
