The cat 😂😂😂 I cannot。 Everyone must listen to the audiobook for this reason only。 I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - Julia Quinn is good for one thing。 All her books feel the EXACT same even though they’re different scenarios， but you can’t help but fall in love with the characters by the end。 Despite her obvious dramatics， I believe I may have been Georgianna in another life。 3。5 stars。

I am sad that this is the last in the prequel series of the Bridgerton/Rokesbys。 I LOVE that little Anthony， Benedict， and Colin make an appearance in this story。 It was also fun to get a glimpse of Edmund and Violet’s relationship。 These books are just so enjoyable。 Humorous and sweet。 They are quick reads as well。

This was the only Julia Quinn book where I truly enjoyed everything。I loved Nicholas。 I loved Georgie。 I loved Nicholas and Georgie together。 I loved their conversations about exploding babies and broken arms。 I loved the somehow plot less plot。 I LOVED the cats。 Cat-head was a particular favourite。 I loved the band of merry butlers。 I loved and loved and loved。I have never laughed as much as I did and I have never swooned as much as I did with these two。 Truly it was a pleasure to read this boo This was the only Julia Quinn book where I truly enjoyed everything。I loved Nicholas。 I loved Georgie。 I loved Nicholas and Georgie together。 I loved their conversations about exploding babies and broken arms。 I loved the somehow plot less plot。 I LOVED the cats。 Cat-head was a particular favourite。 I loved the band of merry butlers。 I loved and loved and loved。I have never laughed as much as I did and I have never swooned as much as I did with these two。 Truly it was a pleasure to read this book。That being said， this book is not for someone who wants a plot with twists and high rising tension and thrillers。 This is a sweet， hilarious， endearing and slightly dramatic romance with a hunky doctor hero and a witty and tremendous young woman。 。。。more

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it， click here。 The way people made decisions in this book is just plain weird。 I don’t like it。 Georgiana was ruined by a dude who wanted to marry her to pay his dept and out of the blue Nicholas’ parents thought to be reasonable for him to marry her， out of the freaking blue。She sensibly says no and it takes ONE AFTERNOON for her to change her mind and accept the proposal， and to me it felt again， like the other books， rushed the way they started to like each other。 The man was forcebly marrying a girl and he The way people made decisions in this book is just plain weird。 I don’t like it。 Georgiana was ruined by a dude who wanted to marry her to pay his dept and out of the blue Nicholas’ parents thought to be reasonable for him to marry her， out of the freaking blue。She sensibly says no and it takes ONE AFTERNOON for her to change her mind and accept the proposal， and to me it felt again， like the other books， rushed the way they started to like each other。 The man was forcebly marrying a girl and he was there falling in love with her FREAKING WRIST at the dinner they saw each other for the first time after a while。 Nicholas is studying to be a doctor and everything about this book has bones in it because of one little thing Georgiana said about breaking bones on purpose so he could set them。 This book is just weird…。The sex scenes were quite hot though。 。。。more
