5⭐️ for the illustrations！I purchased this book for my 7YO for Valentines Day！ It was cute！ The Invisible String connects us to our loved ones when we aren’t physical together （including those in heaven）。 It’s a nice concept with beautiful illustrations。 It talks about invisible strings between family members， best friends， pets， no matter where you are or what you are doing （rock climbing， dancing， in a submarine）。

Not quiet what I was looking for， just the slightest mention of death with a question of if the invisible string of love could reach an uncle in heaven。 I’d think it would be more helpful for kids who are scared of being alone/have some separation anxiety issues rather than for dealing with the loss of a close family member， but it could also be helpful for starting the conversation without that focus on death。
