This is such a heart-warming series。 I absolutely loved it。Seeing these two wonderful people meet by chance， find a connection， then fall in love， move in together， get married， and have a baby was so much fun。 Seems so simple and blasé， but I assure you that there are so， so many funny moments， and so， so many touching moments。 This was such a delight to read。 I highly recommend this series， and wish this wonderful couple nothing but the best！

it’s over 😭😭 i started the series when the pandemic started tbh and to finish it now ohh my god。 i’m so saddd i loved my babies so much。 it’s so satisfying to see someone like asako go through her life with someone to support her fully。 i love them i love this series i’m so excited to rec it to ppl etc ！！ i onlyhope romance manga stays as wholesome and communicative as this 💘💘💘

Adorable finish to an extremely cute series！ That cover is amazing， and I loved how everything played out。 The intense wedding planner made me laugh， the earnest wedding made me tear up， and the final chapters made me awww in delight！

This manga was weird at first。 I mean the creator summed it up hilariously。 “It’s about a couple that sweat…and smell each other （Plus sexy bits）。” That’s pretty much it， but it’s oddly good？ 😂 I got to say volume 1 was a bit aggressive with Koutarou’s intense sniffing。 So， my ratings were lower in the beginning。 But， what started out that way became a story about a relationship of two people who learn to communicate each other’s feelings and thoughts and share their insecurities。 What？ Actually This manga was weird at first。 I mean the creator summed it up hilariously。 “It’s about a couple that sweat…and smell each other （Plus sexy bits）。” That’s pretty much it， but it’s oddly good？ 😂 I got to say volume 1 was a bit aggressive with Koutarou’s intense sniffing。 So， my ratings were lower in the beginning。 But， what started out that way became a story about a relationship of two people who learn to communicate each other’s feelings and thoughts and share their insecurities。 What？ Actually healthy？！！！ No kink shaming here， but what started off as an odd quirk…。became normalized。 To Koutarou， smells allow him to detect Asako’s emotions。 Smell also triggers his memories both good and bad。 It’s just a super heightened sense for him and helps him better understand not only Asako but the way he sees the world。 It’s hilarious how passionate he is about her smell and his support and positivity helps Asako become confident despite her insecurity of sweating a lot。 She becomes more vocal about what she wants which is refreshing to see。 But what is even more interesting is seeing that she sometimes falls back to that insecurity。 It’s an ongoing struggle。 This manga is very realistic in instances like these。 She may seem like a stereotypical shy and reserved protagonist but she’s not。 She starts speaking up and the way she comes to that realization is through imagining her partner’s perspective。 If she was in his position， she would want to know what her partner is thinking regardless of how “small”/ “insignificant” they think it is。 I think what I liked the most about this series is that they are both adults and know what they want。 There isn’t a question on whether they like each other。 They act like adults even when they feel sad， angry， jealous， etc。 If they make mistakes， they feel bad and own up to it。 It’s a couple trying to balance work and their personal life。 They make compromises as they face the challenges that come with living together day by day。 There is a beautiful moment that I didn’t expect in a romcom that happens in this last volume that I keep coming back to。 In this scene you read through the perspective of Koutarou’s mother who is blind and can’t see her son on his wedding day。 The panels are blurry and you can’t tell what is happening。 Only the dialogue is clear。 Asako’s voice comes in as she describes what Koutarou is wearing to his own mother。 For a manga that focusing on the sense of smell as a driving force， we get an intimate moment as both Asako and Koutarou both describe their sight to his mother。 It’s second hand descriptions but it’s even moreso close to reality then if she could actually see them。 That’s because they vocalize their feelings along with their sight。 Ugh sooo good！ I haven’t seen a manga portray this perspective in this way before。 So it was amazing to see。 Part of me wished that we got more volumes but I’m satisfied enough of where it ended。 I very much enjoyed the creator updates at the end of each volume with easy to make recipes and a self portrait of the creator as a milk carton lol。 Anyway if you have any doubts like I did， you should put it aside and give this series a chance。 。。。more

YALL THIS MANGA IS THAT GOOD I’M TELLING YOUIf you want a modern couple doing wholesome things and having healthy communication and also being realistic at the same time， thus is it！ Not to say there’s no drama， because there’s plenty of drama， but… The usual tropes NEVER overstay their welcome。 That is something I can’t say about most romance series out there。 This is definitely next on my list of manga to own。
