Black Hammer Visions vol 2 follows a similar path of the first set, in that 3 of them are good and one is total bleh。 Horseless Rider, Skulldigger, and Cthu-Lou all get their dues, but the Ms。 Moonbeam issue was just a meta-filled dumper。 Still another fun addition to the Black Hammer Universe overall。

I liked these stories better than volume 1。 Kelly Thompson's variation of the Batman / Catwoman relationship was great。 So was Cullen Bunn's Cthu-Lou story was very good as well。 The only story that was bad was Cecil Castellucci's meta story about Ms。 Moonbeam。 Interesting idea but poor storytelling and poor art。 I liked these stories better than volume 1。 Kelly Thompson's variation of the Batman / Catwoman relationship was great。 So was Cullen Bunn's Cthu-Lou story was very good as well。 The only story that was bad was Cecil Castellucci's meta story about Ms。 Moonbeam。 Interesting idea but poor storytelling and poor art。 。。。more

These were。。。 Um。。。 Real real bad。 The only reason it doesn't get 1 star is because the Snyder issue was halfway decent。 The others were truly terrible。 These were。。。 Um。。。 Real real bad。 The only reason it doesn't get 1 star is because the Snyder issue was halfway decent。 The others were truly terrible。 。。。more

I liked this collection a whole lot more。 The first story by Kelly Thompson concerning Skulldigger is excellent, with equally fantastic art by Leonardo Romero。 And Cullen Bunn delivers an actually funny horror story starring Cthu-Lou。 Scott Snyder's Horseless Rider origin story is instantly recognisable, as it features I wasn't enamoured by the first collection of these Black Hammer shorts, I felt they didn't do a whole lot with the possibilities Black Hammer's world offers。Good news, everyone!
