Reviews are right that it is nothing new, but she never claims to provide you with a ground breaking way to be leaner and healthier。 I am amazed of how the program is easy to follow and the results are amazing。 I’d recommend this book to anyone。

It's hard to be objective about this kind of book。 So, in the interests of full disclosure, I am a very picky eater, and whilst the rest of the method sounds ideal, I know that I couldn't stick to the food part of the plan。However, that said, the rest of the method sounds very easy to stick to, and very reasonable。The reason it's only a three stars for me though, is primarily because of the repetitiveness of the first part of the book, and how long it takes to get to the crux of the method。It is It's hard to be objective about this kind of book。 So, in the interests of full disclosure, I am a very picky eater, and whilst the rest of the method sounds ideal, I know that I couldn't stick to the food part of the plan。However, that said, the rest of the method sounds very easy to stick to, and very reasonable。The reason it's only a three stars for me though, is primarily because of the repetitiveness of the first part of the book, and how long it takes to get to the crux of the method。It is made very clear that the method is not a pick n mix deal, however, apart from the food part (which I know I won't be able to follow) I will gladly incorporate the other parts of the method into my daily life, and won't hold it responsible when it fails to work because of my diet。 。。。more
