People with social anxiety have to challenge themselves by doing silly things to feel the fear， rejection and embarrassment in front of others。 This book help you to overcome your approach anxiety。 This stylelife challenge based on behavioural psychology has huge amount of benefits for shy and anxious personalities。 My advice for readers: Punish and reward yourself after every challenge。 This strategy will motivate you if you are afraid of every challenges。
