I bought this book for my friends as we are starting #ProjectMexico in a new year ! I must say this cookbook or plan shall I say is brilliant for people who want to get into shape and have been struggling to find the right way to do it ! It’s got the food, the real food, so you don’t feel like you’re starving。 It has the meal plan & the fitness plan and takes you step by step through your challenge but。。 this book is not very vegetarian friendly i must say which is very disappointing! I’m sorry I bought this book for my friends as we are starting #ProjectMexico in a new year !
