This is a diet book that fully covers everything you need to know。It doesnt miss anything out。 But its difficult to follow。

This is a very good diet and is doable。 I am sure many know that Kate Middleton uses this diet， so having said that need I say more。 The downside of this diet is eating just protein for 5 days that is tough，but it seems reasonable。 I have read about some women losing 11 pounds in one week， so I am on it and waiting。
