I was dumbstruck when I found out this was written by Colleen! It was my first ever C。H ebook!I came across this probably years ago on Wattpad, It started and ended strong for me。 I binged this book within a day。 The entire storyline was insane! This book is definitely not for the faint hearted!

This book was subpar for a Colleen Hoover novel。 It lacked the depth that her other novels have。 I felt like I was reading a cheesy “Lifetime” film script。 The characters were hard to connect to and I felt like the story line was cheesy at times。 It’s also noted as “extremely dark” in other reviews, but I didn’t feel as though it was difficult to get through。

I usually really like Colleen Hoover’s books, but I definitely should have skipped this one。 This is one of the weirdest books I’ve ever read。 I don’t even know where to start。 About midway through it goes so far off the rails, I almost didn’t finish it。 So take my advice, and don’t put yourself through the pain of suffering through this bizarre story。

Trigger warning needed。 Some seriously fucked up scenes。 I didn’t love that there was a prologue near the end of the book, but it was short & then she hit you with more plot twists! I loved this book。

I know the layout is not a normal one。 But I kind of liked it。 The book at moments had to put it down because my heart was racing about what was going to occur next。 One of my top favorites of Colleens。

3。6/5 This is the darkest book I’ve ever read。 Holy shit。 I thought it ends with us was dark? Definitely different than her other books, but I finished this SO quick。 I found myself scoffing at the characters, kind of like how I did when reading 'Verity' or 'Layla' at the AUDACITY。 Overall, I enjoyed the story and was glad it ended how it did, but WOW was that a wild ride。 3。75 stars。 Definitely different than her other books, but I finished this SO quick。 I found myself scoffing at the characters, kind of like how I did when reading 'Verity' or 'Layla' at the AUDACITY。 Overall, I enjoyed the story and was glad it ended how it did, but WOW was that a wild ride。 3。75 stars。 。。。more

3。5/5。 Not my favorite COHO。 There were a lot of inconsistencies in what the characters said and honestly I just found all the characters to be dumb, annoying and whiny。 It had potential at the beginning, but just got ridiculous to me。 It kept me engaged, but was drawn out towards the end I was more than ready for it to be over。

4。5 ⭐️。 I enjoyed dark CoHo, just wish it had a CoHo twist like I’ve come to anticipate。 😂

It's really hard for me to rate this book because I love Colleen Hoover and her style of writing but what in the world was this? Too Late is definitely one of Colleen Hoover's darker book。 I felt like all the characters in this book had so little character development。 A part of me felt that it was a little over the top reading it and I couldn't resonate with any characters on any level。I did know going into this book, that it was going to be darker and edgier。 I feel like the majority of this book describes the character on a very surface level, including physical features。 Not my favorite CoHo book。 Too Late is definitely one of Colleen Hoover's darker book。 I felt like all the characters in this book had so little character development。 A part of me felt that it was a little over the top reading it and I couldn't resonate with any characters on any level。I did know going into this book, that it was going to be darker and edgier。 I feel like the majority of this book describes the character on a very surface level, including physical features。 Not my favorite CoHo book。 。。。more

Oh my god I felt like this book was never ending。 Major tws of non con, sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence… this was v dark and absolutely heartbreaking to read at times。 In terms of quality I don’t think it’s one of coho’s best works though enjoyable。

So at the first chapters in book i felt like I know the end there would be no more unexpected plot twists but then i made it to chapter 38 and i felt like a fool again for not expecting that。 It was full of emotions though I didn’t get the coho book vibe like i felt it in other books of hers。but it’s good

Intense, twisted, and very dark。 The plot kept me interested, but the flow of the storyline at the end was choppy。

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 Like a lot of others already said it’s a bit darker than normal CoHo books 。 It was in by opinion pretty okay 。 I like Happy Ends 。 But CoHo played with my feeling while reading this book cause every time I thought Luke und Sloan we’re finally happy asa had another “ idea” to get Sloan back。 I like the idea of Sloan writing that cook book and donating some of the income to charity it’s a nice bonus
