How can I give this anything other than 5 stars？ J。 K。 Rowling is a truly talented author。 To be able to capture both children and adults in the same book with the same storyline， that is something only few can do。 I loved how action packed this book was and each chapter brought a new element into the story。 Sure there are some slightly cheesy or obvious encounters， but overall it really is a great story。 Cannot wait to read book 3！

Still amazed me when I read this again after over a decade。 Professor Lockhart frustrated me a bit but if his character could make me feel frustrated that means I was so absorbed into the story。 No complaints。

I enjoyed this book much more this time around than the last one。 Maybe it was that I listened to the audiobook。Great book of course。 I really like that at the end Ginny starts to become part of the friend group along his brothers， I find that really cute。 Plus this must be one of the few times that Harry and Ron manage to survive something without Hermione hahaha

3。5 | did most of this one through audiobook！ chamber of secrets was always my least favorite movie and thus the movie i watched least， so i was pretty indifferent going into the read。 it still feels very lighthearted and showcases a lot more personality and events that the movie leaves out。 again， an easy fun read

Impossibly so， this one was even better than the first。I’ve read the whole thing in around 3 hours， it reads so easily and it so fast paced that you never feel like you’re spending too much time in one place。 So good。 Again， pls buy secondhand if you want to read this book or any book penned by this particularly problematic author。

A classic from my childhood， although re-reading this reminded me a lot of things i had forgotten due to the movies， honestly the writing pales in comparison to the fanfics ive read that stemmed from this series。 But its nice to return back to basics every now and again。

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is a book full of mistery and plot twist！ This is not one of my favorite of the series， but I like it for the magic✨ and for the growth of the Golden Trio （and how Hermione and Ron become essential for Harry）。 Finally in this book Ginny appears （I love her from the first moment 💕） and I cannot wait to see how strong and brave she will be in the next books。 I hate with all myself Gilderoy Allock， he is one of the worst characters ever 😣😂 （only the Umbridge Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is a book full of mistery and plot twist！ This is not one of my favorite of the series， but I like it for the magic✨ and for the growth of the Golden Trio （and how Hermione and Ron become essential for Harry）。 Finally in this book Ginny appears （I love her from the first moment 💕） and I cannot wait to see how strong and brave she will be in the next books。 I hate with all myself Gilderoy Allock， he is one of the worst characters ever 😣😂 （only the Umbridge can beat him） and I was quite happy for what happens to him in the end。 。。。more
