喜歡作者對兩個角色的細膩描繪,沒有親密互動情節一樣好看。

This would've been 5 stars if it weren't for the end。 (view spoiler)[ I didn't love that whole conflict with the ex of the ex because it just seemed out of nowhere。 Like sure they mentioned the ex in that flash back, but really?? Dude's been holding a grudge since high school? Enough to hunt down the guy his ex left him for at a far away school years later and threaten to chop off an ear as revenge? It all just seemed implausible especially because that girl was like a spec in that whole flashback。 I would've believed the og gang he ran into in 10th wanted to get their revenge more than this random ex。 Or it could've just been a group of unrelated dudes。 Their connection to the attackers wasn't really necessary because the main purpose was to make Leo mad and attacking Junpei would've done it no matter what。 Also the whole running into the guy Leo helped in 10th grade after he suddenly changed his life around was so corny。 I don't think the scene itself was bad and I thought it was a sweet moment。 It was like that moment ruined Leo's high school life, but now he can look back and not regret it because he changed someone's life, but that paired with the whole ex situation was meh。 I just think it could've been better。 I really loved that the situation prompted an unexpected confession though。 It was great, but!!!! They were really like yeah we can try this and then it ended??? They didn't even kiss in the main story。 Only in the bonus at the end。 Not even a hand hold?? a date?? SOMETHING? I just wanted more (hide spoiler)]Despite my issues with the ending the entire build up there made me absolutely giddy。 I love the sunshine boy x grumpy boy pairing so much。 I really loved these characters and watching their friendship grow。 I just need a sequel or spin off because I'm so unsatisfied by that ending。 I wanted to see more of a romantic relationship happen。 :(( 。。。more

A light and easy BL about two college boys that sticks close to formula。 Withdrawn Onizuko Leo (nicknamed “demon lion,” with oni = demon) is trying to forget a violent high school experience by staying over at university。 Sishido Junpei, outgoing and friendly, finds himself going out of his way to talk to Onizuka。 Eventually, Onizuka’s past catches up to him, trapping Sishido, too。The art is sketchy and sparse, but is saved by the mangaka’s skill with conveying nuanced yet clear facial expressio A light and easy BL about two college boys that sticks close to formula。 Withdrawn Onizuko Leo (nicknamed “demon lion,” with oni = demon) is trying to forget a violent high school experience by staying over at university。 Sishido Junpei, outgoing and friendly, finds himself going out of his way to talk to Onizuka。 Eventually, Onizuka’s past catches up to him, trapping Sishido, too。The art is sketchy and sparse, but is saved by the mangaka’s skill with conveying nuanced yet clear facial expressions。 Blissfully, this BL skips the erotic scenes, making it perfect for teens。 。。。more

This was so cute。 I loved it s o much; it felt complete, which often doesn't happen with stand-alone manga, but the relationship also wasn't purely sexual and fetish-y like you see in a lot of BL books。 It was really sweet, the plot was interesting, and the struggles were understandable and relatable。 The only reason this didn't get 5 starts is because the ending wasn't really as satisfying as I would've liked, and it felt a little too open-ended for my taste。 All in all a good read, though。 This was so cute。 I loved it s o much; it felt complete, which often doesn't happen with stand-alone manga, but the relationship also wasn't purely sexual and fetish-y like you see in a lot of BL books。 It was really sweet, the plot was interesting, and the struggles were understandable and relatable。 The only reason this didn't get 5 starts is because the ending wasn't really as satisfying as I would've liked, and it felt a little too open-ended for my taste。 All in all a good read, though。 。。。more

CW: Bullying, ViolenceThis was a cute BL read! We follow two college students, Junpei and Leo。 They meet by chance one day at school, and have very differing personalities。 Junpei is very outgoing and kind, whereas Leo has a wall around him with an angry facade。 The two start to talk and form a friendship that may develop into something more。 I liked this one, though I did want a little more from it。 I felt like the story's slow pace was well done。 The art is also beautiful。 If you haven't read CW: Bullying, ViolenceThis was a cute BL read! A fairly predictable plot that follows the "went to college far away to escape people who knew you only to bump into someone from your high school" trope to a T。 A nice read if you're looking for something familiar to just relax to, but don't expect anything all that unique。 A fairly predictable plot that follows the "went to college far away to escape people who knew you only to bump into someone from your high school" trope to a T。 A nice read if you're looking for something familiar to just relax to, but don't expect anything all that unique。 。。。more

You did it again, Nagisaaaa! I love you! The magic is still there! Man, I was sobbing way too hard when Oji-san met Onizuka once again and expressed his gratitude。 I love that scene so so much。 It was worth it。 I love that kind of feeling。I'm just really happy that Leo finally found someone who will treasure him。 Gosh, I'm literally crying。 Waaay too good for me。Anyway, I love this manga so so so so much! I hope there's a volume 2 on the way because I'm thirsty for mooore of Junpei and Leo。And h You did it again, Nagisaaaa! I love you! The magic is still there! This is pretty much like every manga by Nagisa Furuya that I've read: a light, relaxing romance with nice art that wraps up in one volume。 Enjoyable, but not life altering。 This is pretty much like every manga by Nagisa Furuya that I've read: a light, relaxing romance with nice art that wraps up in one volume。 Enjoyable, but not life altering。 。。。more

I just love this mangaka so much!! (´꒳`)♡ I first read 'The Summer Of You', which is a wistful and sweet story of a high school first love。 This is an aged up story of college kids, which tackles a bit more of a mature plot while still maintaining that wistful, tender feeling the whole way through。 The two MCs have such great chemistry and very distinct personalities。 The art is simple and clean。 Nagisa Furuya is the queen of slow burn, and this book is my favorite of hers yet!
